Opening post For the first game, go here. For the second game, go here. Everybody knows the rules, if you need some explanation (particularly pointing at Winty and Soopa) feel free to ask in the topic. Time Limit: Seven days to write your part, unless you've got a good reasons, in which case we'll skip you. Otherwise you're out. Added stuff about God-Moding, in a conversation between Dark and me in the first game:

Demi part 1:
'Damnit!' Sight returned to Demiqian's eyes. He was panting. Whatever that was, it wasn't good. Still panting, he let himself fall to the wall behind him. No one could see him here, that's for sure. The pain he was going through was written on his face. Cautiously, he removed his hand from his blood-stained shoulder. 'Ack...' It didn't look good. Blood was dripping, no wait, streaming from the wound. It had a distinctive look, like it was burned, but at the same time impaled, and afterwards poured with an acid. So yeah, it didn't look good at all. He rested his hand on it again, dealing pressure to the wound. At the same time, his other hand reached for his pocket. Taking out a syringe, he stabbed it into his wounded shoulder and it stopped bleeding. Only a bloody mark remained. 'Fucking hell... What was that thing?' Demiqian went through his assault again... At least, he thought it was an assault. A flash which blinded him, and then that extreme pain in his shoulder. Mindlessly, he took out his weapon and started shooting. Not knowing if he had hit something with it, he ran for this certain safe spot, opened the door, and jumped in. He looked at his mark again, perhaps he shouldn't have healed it just like that. The doc might have figured out what attacked him... If it was an attack, of course. His breathing stabilised. Groaning, he stood up. He checked his garment. It looked good, not counting the huge hole at his shoulder. He looked at the door. Could the thing which attacked him still be there? On the other hand, staying here wouldn't be a very wise decision either. He walked to the door, with his weapon in his hand. He opened the door very slowly, and looked at the hallway, both right and left sides. It was empty. |

Dakr Part 1:
"Sir, the Alliance convoy is in scanning range." The scrawny ensign at navigation turned to face the captain. The Dark Savior leaned forward in anticipation. "Put it on the main viewer." A small fleet of ships, mostly cargo vessels with a few escorts surrounded by the starlit void, came up on the screen. "When we get within weapons range, drop the cloak and arm lasers and missiles. Disable the cargo's engines first. We don't want any of them escaping." "Yes, sir." The Raven decloaked, materializing behind the fleet. Looking much like the bird it takes its name from, its polish was dark and menacing, basking in the light of a distant star. It had long wing-like protrusions on the side, packing arrays of heavy weaponry. The ship had a slim, rounded look, and was completely flat on the top and bottom, giving no indication of where key systems are by sight alone. The assault was over quickly. The fleet had only seconds to react between the time the Raven's cloak had dropped and it's attack had begun. The cargo ships' engines were swiftly disabled, leaving them unable to run. The small escort ships turned to face the Raven, but could only fire a few glancing shots before being wasted by the attacker's superior fire power. Navigating through the floating debris, remnants of the escort ships, the Raven pulled in close to where the cargo ships laid adrift. Dark turned and addressed one of the bridge officers. "Prepare twelve separate boarding parties, four for each ship." After a few minutes, he flipped a switch on the arm of his chair. "Attention crew, expect some enemy resistance on those cargo ships. You will be boarding at key areas around the ships, looking for a small cube with a very distinct surface. You'll know what I mean when you see it. We're not sure what ship its on, but its definitely here. While you're at it, make sure to take as many supplies as possible, but that cube is of the highest priority. Good luck." Flipping the switch again, he sat back and relaxed. Now all he had to do was wait. |

LolTiger Part 1:
Tiger looked to his right, then to his left, nothing. He had no idea who attacked them, but his fleet couldn't repel firepower of that magnitude. They were obviously very powerful, but he wouldn't go without a fight. Strapping his laser knife to his leg and a pistol at hand, he set off in search of survivors. Billy Joe was new to the crew, and this wasn't exactly the best way to start his first day. Hiding in the corner, thoughts raced through his head. What's going on? Does this happen every day? Did I flunk my math test? Is mom making burgers tonight? He was interrupted when he heard footsteps getting louder and louder, as if they were coming for him..... |

CC Part 1:
The assault had finally begun. The immensely bright light that had signaled the first explosion had been evident in front of the infinite black sea of space they were currently in. The saboteur assassin known as Crescent had dropped in to an enemy ship, unnoticed. It just happened to be that the enemy ship housed the commander of the opposing force, Demiqian. Today was the first battle, and the last battle if everything went as planned. Crescent Caze (pronounced Kaze) was a fearless killer for the dark side, led by the Dark Savior. He was Dark's right hand man and personal hitman. Crescent wore a light, black suit of metal armor that was covered by a jet black cloak that could cause many illusions (like Meta Knight's) and help him evade an attack or enemy. Crescent's face wasn't covered, but the hood of his cloak concealed most of his face so his eyes weren't visible unless looked at from an angle. Crescent's main weapon setup was a black beam sword and a "stinger" pistol, although he sometimes switched that out for a laser pistol. The Stinger Pistol was a unique pistol that shot modern bullet-sized needles that were extremely deadly. Once the needle entered your body, it would start a slow infection that would begin to consume you if you weren't medically treated within a few hours. This was the time the pistol would come in handy most. Crescent had just shot Demiqian with the a stinger, and he knew Demiqian was hiding around here somewhere. He just had to find him. As Crescent was silently prowling around the ship, he saw Demiqian on the ground leaning up against the wall. Demiqian was in a frenzy and kept shooting his pistol, and Crescent had to maneuver through the streams of bullets near him to get to him. As Crescent neared Demiqian, he smiled an evil smile. It was time. Crescent powered up his beam sword and raised it above his head, ready to strike. He had to savor the moment, and he felt a feeling of pride. He had come all this way and was about to slay one of the most noble men in the universe. The moment couldn't have been any better. |

Winty part 1:
"Orders, sir?" "We wait." The man in the captain's chair said. He looked like the average mercenary captain from your everyday movie. Tall, scruffy, and with a lean physique that allowed him to move fast rather than hit hard. Nothing about him stood out, which is exactly what he wanted. It helped to keep him out of mind of others. "Sir?" "I said we wait. The convoy can take care of itself. Our mission is not to defend Alliance property, but to gather information on whoever is attacking their ships. Currently, they know nothing. Their intelligence division is too incompetent to do gain even the slightest bit of information here. So we figure out if they are pirates, terrorists, mercenaries, or another government." "Yes sir." Kal Torridas sighed. His ship wasn't made for this sort of thing. The Ti'lal was a strike vessel, not a recon ship. It's size may say otherwise, but every single bit of spare space was used for weapons, targeting equipment, armor, and ammunition. Any other ships of it's size would have a ten man crew, but the Ti'lal ran on 4. Aside from himself, Kal's crew consisted of the pilot, the navigator, and the weapons officer. "The cloaking device says a lot. Whoever they are, they are well funded. Too bad they aren't inventive." He said. The Ti'lal was outfitted with an extensive stealth system, dispersing heat and shielding it from most sensors. The system was something every other ship captain would give an arm to get their hands on, if they knew it existed. It was almost as good as a cloak, but didn't need to be dropped to attack. Locating the ship from the trails of its weapons would reveal its location, but those few seconds at the start of the fight were something he did not like giving up. "They launched boarding craft." "I can see that. Move us in, directly beside them. I want detailed scans of that ship. The Alliance wants information, so that's what we'll give them." He heard the engines activate as the Ti'lal approached the other ship. Aside from their armament, the two ships shared little. Kal's Ti'lal lacked easily defined wings - every part of it flowed together, to the point where it wasn't clear where one part ended and the next began. Small, flat, and long, Kal's ship was custom made and completely able to justify the price he paid for it - in fact, it had done so several times already, both in combat and in rewards afterward. Kal smiled as the other ship filled the screen in front of him. "Whoever is pulling off this attack is quite smart. I like the way they set it up. Hopefully I'll get to talk with them sometime." As a mercenary, he didn't talk to other people very often, and most of the ones he did speak with weren't his equals. His ship and his rifle were the only things that kept him alive, not the things that most people agreed humans need to survive. He mentally reviewed the specifications of his rifle, another custom-made object that cost far more than anything of the same size. The maker had designated it as the KM-20 omni-rolfe combat rifle. Of course, no record of it besides that designation remained in the maker's computer. The inner workings existed only in his and Kal's memories. It was energy-based weapon with integrated variable field manipulators that allow it to perform almost any task required without stripping or replacement of parts. It has two charge basins – one fixed and one removable, allowing for quick recharge without being completely dependent on outside energy. The only downside was the size, which didn't matter to him. |

Revus Part 1:
RUNNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS...SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS COMPLETE SHIP STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY AT 100% "Mmm...I dun wanna go th school..." Laying on his bed, eyes wrenched shut as he tried to drag out his sleep for as long as possible, the diagnostic messages awakened the sleeping "gentleman of fortune" (as Revus Harkings, the assassin, preferred to portray himself). Groggy and tired after getting only a few hours of sleep, he rolled out of the bed to his left, landing on the shoulder and bruising it for the third fourth fifth time this week. "Urgh, really gotta stop doing that." Climbing to his feet, he brushed the dust off of his shoulders and swung his right arm around a few times to make sure it still worked properly after taking some damage. It was just a precaution, because even though it was the best prosthectic technology had to offer, he didn't want it to suddenly break down in the middle of a battle. Slipping on an old, battered white t-shirt with a red leaf, he shuffled out of the room grabbing a sandwich out of the small fridge there and searching for Crescent. "Oy, CC, buddy, you there?" Wandering around the ship for a few minutes, Revus found no indication of Crescent's presence on the ship and, after having a cup of coffee and waking up, noticed that his partner's weapons weren't in their usual spot. Guessing that meant that Crescent was on the mission that the Dark Savior had given him, Revus decided that it would be a good time to do what he was assigned to do. Putting on a special harness which acted as the activation system for a special armour fashioned after an old video game character called Metal Man, Revus donned the armour and activated the HUD, checking to see if the suit was in working condition. RUNNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS...SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS COMPLETE ARMOUR SYSTEMS ONLINE WEAPON SYSTEMS ONLINE LIFE SUPPORT ONLINE ALL SYSTEMS ONLINE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY AT 100% E-TANKS AT FULL CAPACITY METAL BLADES AT FULL CAPACITY "Alright, we're good to go." Stepping through the airlock of Crescent's ship, he activated the outer door and walked through the boarding corridor into the cargo ship. |

Rejected Part 1:
What a beauty. A truly fine item. Just think of the fortune he could make from this thing. He had a fantastic future ahead of him. Raeg Atsanac (pronounced Ray-g At-suh-nack) had come into possession of this wonderful item through... less than legal means. But it was his now. No one would take it from him... without paying a very hefty price for it. He ran through his usual black-market customers... who would be in the market for something like this? It's a real shame he had to... dispose of so many of his patrons. They just couldn't stop... "advertising." He'd had to move around quite a bit thanks to them, but his business was lucrative. He wasn't about to give it up. Just then, he remembered a certain customer that stuck out as a person who'd love to possess this item. He pulled out his communicator, and dialed the number in. (Nothing came that trumped the number pad, apparently.) The person took awhile to answer. But he did, in fact, pick up. "Hello, Mr. Crescent. I have something that may be of great interest to you." "Damnit, man, this isn't the best time for a business call. Call me back later, ok?" "I'm afraid that just won't do. I must... transfer this item to you as soon as possible, got it? Assuming of course, you have sufficient funds." "Shoot! You imbecile! He got away! Agh... I WON'T LET YOU GET AWAY!" The communication then cut off. What an odd conversation. "Oh well, he'll be here in due time, I'm sure... this is simply too good for him to pass up, whether he knows it or not." |

Demi Part 2:
Demi was crawling out of his safe spot, staying as low as possible. There was no one around yet, but he was sure it wouldn't last long. After having thought it through a few times, he was pretty sure he had been attacked -his mark was obviously from some sort of weapon- but that would mean that the guy who was after him was still around here somewhere. After all, if the ship were to be attacked, he was a primary target. Demiqian del Sandvi was the commander of The Alliance's main space ship, which was fittingly called 'The Alliance'. It's an enormous ship, though it's lacking in terms of attacking enemies. It's one of these ship which has to be defended at all times, and trust me, it is. With this many defences, how in Earth's name did someone get in here, and managed to attack the commander which was simply coming back from the bathroom? 'Beep-beep-beep' Demiqian turned around as fast as his reflexes would let him. Behind him, in all of his evil glory, stood Crescent Caze, right hand of The Dark Savior, raising his beam sword. Three grunts were behind him, wearing a similar set of armor that the assassin wore, but they didn't look half as scary as their leader. Demiqian looked at Crescent's eyes, which seemed distracted by the beeping. Not having noticed that the commander had turned around, Crescent gave Demiqian the opportunity to take a guick glace at said man's equipment. There, dangling at his waist, Demiqian saw a fearsome weapon, The Stinger. The next moment, a phazor-beam flew over Demiqian's head, hitting Crescent's beam sword and knocking it out of his hand. Guessing this would be his only chance, the commander stoop up as quickly as possible, and ran to the two feet who just disappeared behind a corner. 'Damnit!' Crescent shouted while his beam sword was flying in a beautiful arc behind him. 'This isn't the time for a business call! Call me back later!' Crescent's grunts grasped for their guns, and so did the assassin himself. 'Shoot! You imbecile! He got away! Agh... I WON'T LET YOU GET AWAY!' Demiqian and his savior were running alongside eachother. Knowing the ship like the back of his hand, Demiqian ran to the safest room on the ship. His room. Finally arrived, Demiqian did a quick iris- and fingerprint-scan, opened the door, jumped in (taking the other guy with him, of course), and locked the door again. It was then that Demiqian took a good look at his savior for the first time. Confused, Demiqian started: '...Who were you again?' 'Greetings, commander. My name is Billy Joe.' 'Well, Billy, I think you just gained a lot of ranks.' Billy laughed. 'I heard footsteps and got curious, so I decided to follow them. Seems it was the right thing to do.' 'I owe you one.' Demiqian continued 'but we need to find a doctor as soon as possible.' 'What, am I bleeding?!' Billy started looking around his own body. Demiqian grinned. 'No, but I fear that I've been hit by a Stinger.' |

Dakr Part 2:
As Dark waited patiently for the boarding parties to do their work, he looked around the bridge. The crew looked tired, and ragged. The Raven had been on the run for weeks now, and gathering intelligence on the Alliance's fleet movements at the same time. But now, there was no turning back for him and his crew. If they were caught, they'd be executed without doubt. Without mercy. Only a few knew of the origins of The Dark Savior, except that he was born in a small mining colony in the galactic frontier. They knew that he had disappeared for several years after he had reached the age of ten years old, only to come back a man. But his homeworld was ruined, a bleak wasteland devoid of any form of life. Laser burns scarred the landscape, the ruins of abandoned homes crumbling like monuments to a long-forgotten despair. After seeing his old home in this way, Dark simply turned around, back into his one-man ship. No tears were shed. He had heard reports of mysterious attacks on colonies near his homeworld. After investigating for himself, he found that these worlds met much the same fate as his own. Picking up a few survivors and recycling trashed structures to build new ships, Dark began to amass a following. However, he didn't earn the name of Dark Savior until he had defended a colony from an Alliance attack. An Alliance battle fleet had been firing on an outlying colony, much like the ones that had been attacked before. Although they had been outnumbered, Dark used clever tactics to damage the fleet enough to make it turn back, but not before capturing what was now known as The Raven. It was a prototype vessel at the time, its cloaking technology is slightly outdated now. But it is still effective at avoiding detection from most instruments. It was after this attack that he had met who was now his right hand man, Crescent, and Revus Harkings, a valued officer on The Raven. After weeks of relentless intelligence gathering, Dark had found the key to turning the tide to his favor against the Alliance. And it was on one of those cargo vessels. "Captain?" A voice roused Dark from his reflections. He turned to face the pretty lieutenant that was standing to his left. "Yes?" "The boarding parties are returning from the cargo ships. They'll be back on board in about 10 minutes." "Did they find it?" The lieutenant frowned slightly. "We don't know yet, sir." "Very well, dismissed." |

Loltiger part 2:
He stopped, he heard footsteps. Looking to his left, he saw two thugs running towards him, reaching for their guns. He turned to face them, He fired a few shots before running into another room. The thugs ran into the room as well, but he was nowhere to be seen. The tried to search the room, only to find a faceful of knife. Their guns were far better than his pistol, so he made a quick exchange. Running to the storage, he grabbed the encube and hurried off to where most of the crew should be, hoping to evacuate the ship and hide the encube in a safer location. |

CC Part 2:
That was it. The circumstances had been turned around. The chance to win the war right then and there had been lost abruptly. It was amazing how the tide of a battle could change with one small phasor beam. The fate of the universe, changed in one split second. It couldn't have been more enraging to Crescent Caze, the man standing in the very middle of it all. He had to redeem himself, or he would be done for. He had to redeem himself quickly. With all the adrenaline rushing through him, Crescent hadn't noticed the severe burns on his left hand. He was glad that he held his communicator in his right hand for he was right handed. If this would have happened to his right hand, his beam sword skills would have gone to waste. But the direness of this situation didn't cease after this realization: his hand was horribly disfigured. Blood was flowing and death seemed to emit from the massive scars and burns. When the beam sword had been shot out of his grip, it had flipped and hit his hand as well. The pain was unbearable, and he had to seek medical attention soon. His fingers had become almost instantly gnarled and were useless now. His skills had taken a massive blow. Everything that had happened was a blur. The only thing that mattered now was the medical attention Crescent needed. His senses had dulled and he found it hard to stand, he wasn't exactly sure if there was a way he could get out of the ship. Then it came to him: The assault on the Alliance. What if they managed to destroy this ship? Was he going to be killed by his own side? He told himself no, but the possibilities were endless. All the work he had done for his side, all the advancements they had gained because of him. Oh, the irony, to think all those tactics he created were to be turned on him. Oddly enough, a memory that stood out from the others of today came to him. What was that weapon Raeg had offered him? The thought was cut short. A large boom interrupted his recollections, rocking the ship and obviously harming it. A large piece of debris feel from the ceiling and landed on Crescent's stomach, knocking the oxygen out of his body. This was not helping his case of staying alive. This could've very well been his time to die. Suddenly, key parts of his life flashed before his eyes. He was a boy. He was unlike the other kids, violent and depressed. He didn't play well with others. He was a teenager. Talk of guerrilla warfare against the Alliance had been spread around, rumoring that a man was creating a gathering, going up against the rulers of the galaxy. It intrigued Crescent. He was a young man. The small group combating the alliance had begun recruiting members among his town. This was his chance to shine. A few years later. It was realized that he was unlike the other recruits, his combat and tactic skills far surpassed the average man's. A few months later. The Dark Savior had realized his talent and picked him to be one of the top officers. Not long after. The Dark Savior made Crescent his right hand man and sent him on the best missions a man could ask for. And now this. The flashbacks stopped quickly as Caze was lifted up by large, cold arms. In the dizziness of his head, he could vaguely make out the face of his best friend, Revus Harkings. His expiration wouldn't happen today. |

Winty part 2:
"Oh, this is interesting." Kal said, leaning over his display with a smile on his face. "Very interesting indeed." Performing the heavy scans ran a high risk of them being detected, but the information he was looking at now was well worth the risk. Going by his mission statement, he should be turning around and running back to the Alliance right about now. However, that contract's priority had just fallen about as low as it could possibly go. The Dark Savior. There was no questioning who he was dealing with here. A prototype Alliance vessel outfitted with technology that surpassed that of the Ti'lal, the Errant was the flagship of the Dark Savior. Was the man even aware of the Raven's full capabilities? No matter what titles his followers bestowed upon him, the great Dark Savior was still just a homeless kid from a dead colony no one cared about. The Errant - or the Raven, as it's new owner called it - held technological secrets far ahead of it's time, locked away under so many layers of technological security that some might even think it was magic. The ship interested Kal. It interested him very, very much. A cloaking system wasn't exactly common, but it might as well have been a mechanical pencil compared to what the vessel truly held. Even a glimpse of those secrets would be worth dropping his rather lucrative contract with the Alliance. No, the Alliance would want their ship back. He couldn't report it in - that just wasn't right. The researcher inside of him fought with his dominant side, and impressed him enough for a small compromise. "We're going to find out where they operate out of. Use the docking claw so we can hitch a ride. Preferably before those boarding craft get back." He said, reaching down beside his chair to rest his hand on the bag with his rifle. He'd have some killing to do soon, no matter how where they ended up. It would be fun. |

Revus Part 2:
Crunch. When metal meets cartilage, that's the sound it tends to make. Revus pulled his fist back from the face of the crew member tied up in front of him, the officer's face bloody and swollen, both eyes black and his nose broken. "Okay, I'll go over this one more time. I am looking for a cube, about this big." Revus held up the severed head of one of the ship's crew. "Now, either you tell me where I can find this cube, or else your fate will be the same as the fate of your buddy here." "I'm telling you, I have no idea what the fuck you're talking about!" "If you insist..." ... The command had come out. All the ships were searched, and it was time to return to the fleet. Deactivating the communicator installed in his helmet, he proceeded down the twisting corridors of the cargo ship towards the docking station, when he heard a scream, followed by an explosion rocking the ship. Though he managed to stay on his feet, Revus became dizzy and disoriented, stumbling in the direction of the scream. That's when he saw Crescent under the debris, nearly unconscious. "CC? CC!" Adrenaline rushing through him, combined with the increased strength given him by his armour, Revus threw the debris off of Crescent and lifted up Crescent, carrying him back to the ship. "You're not going to die on me today, buddy." This moment took Revus back, to when he was younger, when he first met Crescent. Just a teenager, but one with the desire to destroy the Alliance. He was working on his armour, and decided to take a break and go out for a walk. He had wandered too close to the shooting range, and a misfire had sent a shot into his left shoulder, nearly sending him off a cliff, and him only being saved from plummeting to his doom by being quick enough to grab the edge with his right hand. However, his left arm was pretty much useless, meaning that he would have fallen eventually, if not for Crescent happening upon him and saving him from death. "Well, now we're even." |

Girly Part 2 (Yes, I'll just call it part 2)
The whole thing was a bit stupid, really. I mean, if it weren't for all the wars exploding all over space right now, she wouldn't have ended up here, on this cold gritty floor with a broken leg and a black eye. She coughed up a little and spat blood. "HEY!" shouted her captor, a mysterious figure with shadowy eyes and black clothes. "No speaking, and that includes coughing!" She turned to face him, carefully swiveling her torso so that she wouldn't have to move her agonizingly painful leg. Still, it moved about a quarter-inch. She winced, feeling bright streaks up pain lance up her side. Her captor held up a gun, and she knew what was coming next, what had happened every day for the past week. She sarcastically presented her arm, and sighed with a feeling of relief as he shot a tranquilzer dart into it, and she blacked out. Her name was Hat VonObscureCharacter, and she was president of a small, peaceful planet just outside the Milky Way. However, it was incredibly rich in unradioactive Francium, an element both sides of the war would die to get their hands on. On a business trip two weeks ago, Hat was visiting a remote planet in the Andromena galaxy to manage political affairs and possibly secure an alliance if war broke out on the planets as well. However, on the way back from the trip, her ship was hijacked. She remembered it far too clearly, the one day when her bedroom door wouldn't quite open all the way. Of course, a dead man's head wedged there can do that. She gulped and ran to the starship phone to call the Captain. She almost made it. A group of men ran into her room and surrounded her. Hat couldn't tell if they were Alliance Members, Mecenaries, or... Her train of thought was abruptly cut off as one of them threw a punch at her head. She barely ducked in time, feeling a slight woosh as the hand skimmed over her scalp. She managed to kick one of them in the neck hard enough that his windpipe collapsed and he crumpled to the floor, but the other three were moving in on her, and one held some sort of advanced looking space gun. "Great. Just great." Hat muttered. It wasn't a bad effort on her part, she managed to take down another thug while only recieving a punch to the face before the third attacker shot her in the leg with his gun. The pain was instant and blinding, but Hat felt slight notes of... sedatives? Her mind became too fuzzy to think anymore, and she hit the floor with a soft crack. When she woke up, she was on the disgusting floor, a prisoner to her own injuries and that strange man who kept watching her. |

Rejected Part 2:
No... that's wasn't... meant to happen... His business was ruined. Everything was gone. Well... almost everything. They'd caught him off guard. He was going over his inventory. He was first alerted to their presence when he was hit in the back of the head with the butt of a gun. After recovering some semblance of balance, he fought them off as best he could with his trusty laser dagger, but the fact that they were well trained soldiers instead of the hired thugs he was used to fighting was unfortunate. He was able to take down about 3 of them, but the rest swarmed him, and for some reason, they didn't feel the need to kill him. Probably some kinda law that he had to be tried first. He woke up in a cell. He could see his entire inventory locked up on the other side of the room. Apparently, they were not aware of his abilities that had kept him in business so long. He transformed. Into a fly. He got out of the bars, and flew over to his inventory. He grabbed everything he could, including a teleporter, his stun knife, his communicator, and the item that was going to make him rich. At that moment, the guard noticed he wasn't in his cell, then looked over to the inventory. He commanded Raeg to stop, drop, and ... put his hands on his head. Raeg turned, took a bow, and pushed the button on his teleporter to teleport back to where he was previously conducting a business. It was destroyed, of course. There was no way he could wait for Crescent anymore. And after losing his stock, there was no way to conduct a profitable business. The only way to start again would be to get enough funds to buy everything back. And the only way to get the funds... would be to sell his "item." He decided to take the initiative, and track down Crescent, and try to start his business again. He picked up his communicator, and dialed in Crescent's number. "Hopefully he's in a condition to conduct business." Raeg mused. |

Demi Part 3:
Demi was groaning in his seat. What were they going to do? Billy was wandering around the commander's room. Looking around the room he saw several things, including weaponry, armor, bombs and other kinds of equipment. The only thing that was missing, was an antidote for the Stinger's needles. They needed to find a doctor, fast, or Demi might be losing his arm. Or worse. 'Billy, we need to get out of here and find a doctor.' 'Aye-aye, sir.' 'Grunts have already invaded the ship and might be patrolling the hallways. A lot of our allies might not know this yet, do you understand? 'Aye-aye, sir.' Demi liked this 'Billy'-guy. He was straight to the point, reminding Demi of his son. His dead son... 'Are you alright, sir?' 'Huh...? Oh, yeah, I'm fine.' Demi's eyes were moist. 'Billy, we have to-' Demi's sentence was interrupted by a beeping noise. Alerted, he jumped out of his chair and rushed to the wall with video monitors. In the hallway close to his room, there were several of Crescent's grunts. Another beeping noise. Demi's heart started pounding while he watched an old, bearded man rushing for Demi's room, getting closer and closer to the much more skilled, and much more deadly grunts. 'No, not Samuel... Not Samuel!' Demi shouted. The sight Demi saw when he turned around made his heart panick even more. Billy was gone. He threw another glance at the monitors. Apparently, Billy has left the room and was trying to protect Samuel. 'No... They're never going to make that!' Demi rushed to the door, and mashed the button that would open it. It wouldn't work. 'DAMNIT, OPEN YOU FAGGOT FUCKING DOOR!!!' He kept on mashing the buttons, and kept on mashing the buttons, but in his rage, he kept making mistakes and the door wouldn't open. He looked at the monitor again. Billy and Samual were laying dead on the ground, while being checked by one of the three grunts. The commander collapsed to the ground, leaning against the door. Why? Why did they have to die? His eyes, that were already moist, started getting wet. Tears were streaming over his cheeks, dripping onto the ground into a puddle of salty fluid. As a commander, he should be used to people dying, but every single death was one too much. And these two, it was unnecessary. Other deaths might have been for a greater cause, but this could have been prevented... 'Every time...' Demi mumbled to himself. All the people that were close to him, they always went missing or died some way or another. His son, joining the army at the age of 18, presumably died at his 21st, still missing in action. His daughter, has been weak since she was born, died of illness at the age of 6. The love of his life, and mother of his two children, which he met at a small, peaceful planet, just outside of the Milky Way. Never seen her again since he has got involved in this bloody war. Demi was ripped out of his memories by a beeping sound. Rubbing away his tears, he tried to look at the monitors. An officer (What was his name again? Think it was Tiger or something, what sick soul would name his son after an animal?), carrying a cube, was running for Demi's room. Where the grunts were. Then, it came to him. 'The cube... Of course.... They want the cube... They're going to kill this lad when they see him... Heh, well, they're going to have to kill me FIRST!' Raging like he has never raged before. He stood up, turned around and put in the correct numbers to open the door. He only had a few seconds. Fwoosh. The door opened. The grunts were confused by the sudden change of events. A second ago they've been checking the dead bodies, and then suddenly there was a guy with a cube running towards them, and another guy jumping out of the room. It didn't matter. Shooting with an aim only a professional could have, Demi blasted 1...2...3! heads off their respective owners shoulders, using his one-handed laser blaster. He rushed for his ally, who was obviously flabbergasted by this bloodfest, took him by his hand, and rushed together with him for the place where recently Crescent got wounded badly. 'Your name is Tiger, right?' Demi said in his calmest possible way. 'Why, yes, but...' 'Keep hold of that cube. Don't lose sight of it.' They arrived at the spot. There was still some of Crescent's blood that stainted the wall. Demi started looking around. 'Sir, what are you looking for?' 'Stinger needles. The doctor might need it.' 'What happened?' 'Will explain later... No time... DAMNIT!' No needles were to be found. Suddenly... ...beep... 'Huh? Sir, did you hear that?' Tiger asked. Demi was still looking for needles. ...beep... 'There it is again! It's coming from there... I'm gonna take a look.' ##God-Mod: Let Tiger find Crescent's Communicator. The God-Mod succeeds |

Dakr Part 3:
Dark walked into the brig. A young woman was in one of the cells. He gave a sign to the guard to leave the room. He addressed her: "Who are you." The young woman coughed weakly. Dark became annoyed. "I asked you a question." "Uh... Hat..." "Alright, Hat. I don't know who you are and what you're doing in my brig, but you were brought on this ship for whatever reason. I don't really have the time to interrogate you, and you don't seem to be in any condition to be interrogated, granted that you can't even give your name without thinking about it." Hat sat there moaning in pain. "Alright, nice chatting with you." Dark walked outside and saw the guard. "Get a medic to tend to her leg, and get her water or something. We'll have Crescent interrogate her later." Acknowledging his orders, the guard stepped inside. Dark then proceeded to the meeting room, where the captains of the boarding parties waited for him. As he entered, the stood and saluted him. "At ease." The captains sat back in their chairs around the table as Dark took his own. "Report." One brave captain to the immediate right of Dark spoke up. "Uh, we didn't find the cube, sir." Dark stared at him coldly. "And who told you that you could come back without it." "Well, the sh-ships... they were going to self-destruct." "That doesn't answer my question, Johnson. Who told you that you could come back without the cube?" Johnson began to sweat slightly. "No-no one sir?" Dark stood up and pulled a gun from his hip and fired once, right between the eyes of Johnson. "Anyone else wants to disappoint me?" Dark said as he looked at the other captains. They stared at him half in shock and half in fear in answer. "This cost us big. Now, we HAVE to find this cube. So were going to try locating it again... Dismissed." Dark returned the gun to its holster and returned to the bridge, sitting in the captain's chair. "Scan this system for the cube's radiation signature. Even if it somehow got off those ships, we can find it." One of the officers on the bridge turned around. "What about Crescent and Revus?" "They can take care of themselves for as long as necessary, but I won't leave without them. Now do the scan." Another officer worked furiously at their station before a beep was heard. "I think I found it!" Dark sat up. "Where?" "Not sure. It's around the debris field surrounding the ships, but I can't seem to pinpoint exactly where. I'll try to triangulate the signal." After the earlier setback, and not having Crescent and Revus on board, Dark really needed a break today. His hands turned to fists as he waited for the results of the scan. ##God-Mod: Dark pinpoints the cube's location. The God-Mod succeeds |

For some reason CC Part 3 while this is two bad side guys in a row:
Blood was squirting out of Crescent's arm like a crimson fountain. He was extremely dizzy, and the only thing keeping him from the ground was his best friend Revus. He knew he was on the brink of passing out, and he had to seek medical attention quickly. Secondly, he didn't know what he'd do without his hand. Then a thought pounded its way into his head: Raeg. The renowned treasure hunter and inventor was where they'd need to go. Raeg knew everything about everything, and he was sitting on a technological gold mine. There had to be some medical equipment there. Considering there were no doctors or medics or even nurses around this ship, they'd have to go. "Revus..." Caze managed to squeeze out. "Get us to the... the Black Eagle..." he coughed, referring to their personal ship. "We have to find... find..." He could barely talk, and he wasn't even sure of what he was saying anymore. He knew he was about to pass out cold. Coughing a little blood up, he tried to finish his sentence once he remembered how it started. However, Revus was on the same page. "Raeg, I know," he whispered to his fallen comrade. It wasn't just his arm that was hurting, they both knew. They had been shot at on the way out of the room, and one of the beams had hit Crescent's stomach. Caze didn't know if Revus had taken any shots, but he was operating well. Right then, they were on an escape pod from Demiqian's ship and headed back to their own. After that, they'd be on their way to Raeg. The last thought on Crescent's mind before he passed out was, "Where the fuck is my communicator?" |

Winty part 3:
Kal Torridas looked around the bridge again, fidgeting with the strap to his rifle bag. Things were moving slowly. The larger vessel should have left by now, but it was waiting for it's delayed boarding craft. Every second they waited was another chance that they'd be discovered. "Action time." He said, and leaned forward to tap his console. "Just to be safe, we should track our straggler." ##GOD-MOD: launch a tracker at the remaining boarding craft without being detected. Revus Part 3:
It was tough, especially with the hit his leg took when getting out of that first room. However, Revus managed to continue to push himself wit the thought that however beat up he was, Crescent was worse. Though that didn't make it any less difficult, with both his arms occupied holding Crescent meaning he couldn't fight back against any survivors of the earlier slaughter. WARNING: STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY AT 54% WEAPON SYSTEMS OFFLINE 2 E-TANKS REMAINING STRESS LEVELS HIGH "NO FUCKING SHIT!" It was tough, but Revus managed to get himself and Crescent relatively unscathed through the Alliance ship onto the Black Eagle. Laying CC on his bed in his room, Revus moved to the cockpit and, removing his blood covered helmet, slumped into the cockpit chair and sat there for a few seconds, exhausted, before activating the on-board communicator. "Hey, it's Revus. Me and Crescent are on our way to join up with the rest of the fleet. No, there's no need to get the Dark Savior. Just prepare the Emergency Bay. Crescent's been injured. Of course." Revus closed the communication channel, then activated the engines before falling asleep in the seat. |

Hat Part 3:
They had fixed her leg. This was the first thought that drifted through Hat's head as she woke up from yet another drug-induced sleep. She tentatively tried to stand, and even walked a few steps before her weak leg buckled and she fell down with a soft thud. "Shiiiiiiiiiiiiit" she swore under her breath. The last thing Hat needed right now was the guard coming back in and knocking her out again, or worse, her interregator. She froze for half a second, praying that neither of them had heard her. Thankfully, no one came. With her mind finally clear of the sleep drugs, she looked at the marks she had dug into the floor with her key, one for every time she had regained conciousness. 1... 2... 7. She estimated roughly half an hour between periods of conciousness, so that was what, 3 and a half hours? Hat stared thoughtfully at the key. It looked so pretty, glinting in the soft light. She knew it was important, really important, and was glad she hadn't let on to the guards what it was. They just thought it was a silly little trinket, some memento from her planet. But only she knew that- Wait. What did it do? Hat couldn't remember. A wave of panic washed over her as she tried to recall something, anything about her past. Nothing. Her memories came up almost as blank as a freshly wiped chalkboard, pardoning the horrible cliché. "Those bastards!" She thought furiously. That's why they must have fixed her leg. She had no idea where she was, who she was, or what she was doing at all. She could only remember the torture, and the pain, and the drugs that took it away. Hat knew she had a key, but what did it do? And more importantly, what about her past? Who was she? She must have been someone important, if she was captured. The guard walked by her door and she faux-crumpled to the ground, pretending to still be asleep. As she listened to his receding footsteps, she was suddenly filled with an urge to break the hell out of her cell, and wherever she was being held captive. Whether an island, or a boat, or a basement, she was determined to get out. The lock was too simple to pick, really. Whoever she was, Hat somehow knew precisely how to use the muted clicks it gave to open a combination lock. She glanced furtively about the empty hallway and saw no one. She stuffed her key in her pants pocket as she ran out the door to the left, for no particular reason other than the guard had been walking to the right. Thankfully, the halls were deserted. Was there some sort of meeting going on? Hat wondered idly. Hat finally ran by a window. It was pitch black outside, the kind of deep velvety night that you only get at midnight in the middle of winter. She saw another window and did a double take. "I'm in... Space?" she whispered. Hat knew she definitely had to get off that ship. Her fingers clenched at the key in her pocket so hard that a thin line of blood trickled down, filling the grooves on the key. The grooves on the key. 89-46892-10932-734. In that instant, Hat remembered it was an address. She was supposed to meet up with... someone there and ...give them the key? A few straggling memories crawled back into her head. There was a guy, she knew him, but from where? She had to give him the key, or something bad would happen. Hat decided to look for an escape pod bay, to see if she could get off this damned ship and find the meeting point. ##God-Mod: Hat finds a way to get off the ship The God-Mod succeeded |

ring...ring...ring... "Who is this?" Oh... that couldn't be good. That certainly was NOT Crescent. "Hello, is your refrigerator running?" "What? My ... my what? What's a refrigerator?" "Oh, you don't have much knowledge of ancient technologies, do you?" "I guess not... uh... what are you-" At that moment, Raeg heard a cry of pain through the speakers. Well, at least... he could hang up now. So he did. Without any way to get into contact with Raeg, he couldn't possibly find him. So rather than try to look for Crescent, he felt that since Crescent knew where his former place of business was, he'd stay there... as long as he could manage. He knew that Crescent would be the one to get the best price for the "item." So... he decided to camoflauge. As... a fly, of course. And he went to sleep to wait for Crescent. |

Demi Part 4:
Sir, I think I found the source of the beeping, It might interest you.’ Demi took a glance at Tiger. In his hand he was holding something that must have came off the caped guy earlier. It was a circular, metallic device, as black as the guy's outfit. It had the size of something that you could stick to the back of your hand. It was making a loud and very annoying beeping sound. ‘Isn’t this from that Darth Vader-like guy, earlier?’ Tiger continued. ‘Darth Who?’ ‘Nevermind. That caped guy. I think it might have come off his glove. But I wonder what it is..’ Demi took the device from Tiger. There were a few button around the sides. One big one looked different from the rest... A green phone was painted on top of it. As soon as Demi pressed it, the beeping stopped. ‘…Did I do something wrong?’ Demi asked. ‘Try talking to it. Maybe it’s a communicator’ Tiger suggested. ‘Alright. Hello, who is this?’ A voice came out of the communicator. ‘(…) Hello, is your refrigerator running?’ The voice said. ‘What… My.. My what? What is a refrigerator?’ "Oh, you don't have much knowledge of ancient technologies, do you?" ‘I guess not… uh… What are you-‘ ‘AUCH!!’ Demi looked around, and saw Tiger holding his hand. He was bleeding. ‘What’s wrong?!' 'I cut myself, don't worry about it' Demi tried talking to the communicator again, but the connection was broken. ‘What the hell was that all about?!’ Tiger shouted out. ‘I don’t know, but I think this communicator might come in handy. We can’t lose this, more people might try to contact us. This way we might learn some things. I guess that makes two on the list of things we may not lose.’ Demi said. ‘Two, sir?’ ‘The cube.’ ‘Ah yes, of course, the cube… So what do we do now?’ ‘Besides not dying in a horrible and agonizing matter? Finding a doctor… In order to keep me from dying in a horrible and agonizing matter, I guess.’ Demi hadn’t told Tiger yet, but his stinged shoulder was starting to throb and itch. He learned in medical school that that was normally a good sign – it means the body is trying to heal the wound – but it’s different for the stinger. The virus that comes with shots from the stinger is different in a way that it’s very weak… However, when combined with the ‘antidotes’ your body is trying give you, the poison becomes stronger. This virus feeds of your body’s attempts to heal you, becoming stronger and stronger by the minute. It actually kills extremely healthy people sooner, because of this. In order to stop the virus, you must first prevent the virus from feeding off you.. Which is done by bringing down your immune system, making you practically useless on the battlefield after treatment of the virus until your immune system is recovered again. ‘Well, let’s go find a doctor then. I think I’ve seen one for the last time on the front deck, I’ll go look for him!’ Tiger said, his voice shining with positivity. Tiger started running. And running. And running. Demi looked at him, and time seemed to slow down. He was already feeling it. He couldn’t open his mouth. The moment Tiger turned around the corner, Demi heard shots, and a splatter of blood shot against the wall behind Tiger... Or what was left of him. The last thing Demi heard was a ‘thump’, a ‘thump’ of Tiger’s dead body falling on the floor. Demi was alone again. ‘Oh, now I’ve had it. Now I’ve fucking had it. Now. I. Have. Motherfucking. Had it.’ A couple of grunts turned around the corner, still surprised by seeing a survivor, just like that, running right into their guns. Oh and look, there’s another one! He was probably with the other guy, ah well, let’s just kill him. We might even get a promotion! The grunts didn’t even have the time to raise their guns. In what seemed a split second, Demi took a plasma grenade, threw it to the grunts and shot it. All that was left of Tiger’s killers was a blue blob, mixed with a shade of red that Demi was starting to get more and more familiar with by the minute. His mind went into a self-defence mode, entirely shutting down his pathetic human emotions. Too many people he knew have died. Too many people he knew have went missing. Just for now, in order to survive, he didn’t feel, he didn’t care. There was only one thing he could currently think about. ‘Front deck.’ And he ran. |

Now from here on I think some people (Cough-Dakr-cough) got a bit confused.
Dakr Part 4: Dark heard a beeping sound from one of the consoles to his right. An ensign turned around in his chair to give his report. "Sir, sensors have picked up a tracking device found in the debris. It still seems intact and fully functional." The captain stood up from his seat. "Must have been launched after the raid. Go ahead and bring it on board, maybe we can learn something." Dark looked at the viewscreen, looking for an answer. All it gave him was the image of debris floating in space, the only sign that a struggle had just taken place. "Someone else is here," he said to no one in particular. Suddenly, the ship's alarm started going off. Dark barked at the nearest officer. "Report!" "Sir, we've got five Alliance battle ships heading towards us, they're closing in fast!" "How close are we to picking up that device?" Someone on Dark's left piped up. "Just need a few more minutes, sir." Dark turned to the latest speaker. "You have one." To the rest of the bridge: "Arm all weapons, raise shields." He flipped on the ship's announcement system. "All hands to battle stations." Sitting back down, Dark began to relax. He turned to the navigation officer. "Have the engines ready to go at full burst. Once we pick up that device we're getting out of here." "But what about Crescent and Revus?" "I hate to leave them but the situation has changed. They can make it out of any situation they're in on their own." Dark's voice lowered some. "They're going to have to." Someone on the bridge called out. "Sir, the Alliance ships are almost on us!" The viewscreen changed images. The debris field turned into a fleet of five ships of various sizes. "They are now in weapons range!" There was only one thing to do now, Dark thought. "Fire." |

Rdj Joined. Rdj Part 4:
Scritch... scritch... scritch... This sound echoed through the long hallway of one of the Alliance ships. Its source was an old-fashioned broom, wielded by a tired-looking janitor. Nobody seemed to remember his name, so he was simply referred to as "RDJ" after the ID sequence on a random soldier's plasma rifle. His dark brown hair had fallen into disarray, and there were fairly visible bags under his similarly brown eyes, as if he hadn't gotten more than six hours of sleep in the past few days. The fact that he wasn't very well-built didn't help matters. Ugh...why couldn't they have hired a more resilient janitor? This ship's just too big for me to clean... Truth be told, RDJ had a good deal of medical experience, but he just couldn't compete with the specialists on board. For his comparative lack of skill, however, he had an extensive knowledge of viruses and how to deal with them, and even had a first aid kit outfitted to combat many different types of viral infections. As such, he was sometimes consulted by the doctors when it came to diseases of that nature. That did not change his position as a janitor on the ship, however; the Alliance simply couldn't find anyone else willing to take the job. As he cleaned, RDJ began to reflect on the one event that had been on his mind for the past weeks: the kidnapping of his sister, Hat. The only reason he had joined the Alliance in the first place was to make sure she wasn't getting herself into trouble -- their mother was always worried about their well-being, especially with Hat being the president of their home planet -- and he had failed to protect her that fateful day. Then again, what could he have done? The closest things he had to weapons were the contents of his first aid kit... His musings were interrupted by a violent shaking of the ship, as if it was just struck by cannon fire. At the same time, he heard a crash farther down the hall, as if someone had just tripped on a loose floor tile. Holding his broom at the ready in case they were hostile, he approached the source of the noise and found-- "Commander?! Commander del Sandvi, what happened?!" he asked in a frantic tone as he realized who had just collapsed on the floor. He quickly helped the man up. "Urgh...wait, you're that--that janitor guy, right? President VonObscurePerson's brother?" asked Demi as he rose to his feet. "Perfect timing. I've heard that you're knowledgeable about viruses; I need you to work on removing this Stinger poison from my arm." "...Stinger, eh? One of the most dangerous viruses known to our species, and has to be dealt with by shutting down the immune system. I've never dealt with this type of poison before, but...I will try my best." The ship throbbed again as another volley of attacks struck the exterior shields. Realizing that they had very little time to waste, the two rushed to the janitorial closet to grab the first aid kit, and then were on their way to the medical wing. |

Revus Part 4:
"No...Jess...don't go farther...no...STOP!" Revus jerked forward in the chair, sweating, as the darkness gradually faded and he regained his vision. It's okay, it was only a dream he thought to himself, as he pulled himself out of his chair. He put some weight on his left leg, the injured one, and cringed a bit when the pain shot up his leg from the injury he had sustained. Stepping lightly, making sure to not put too much weight on his left side, Revus hobbled into his room and got a cup of coffee from the antique coffee machine he kept in there, hoping to forget that dream. "Oh god. Why now?" That dream. The dream which has plagued him for the past three years. He was at the beach, just him and Jessica. She had gone for a swim while he stayed on the shore. She swam too far, into Alliance territory. They thought she was a spy, and shot her. As her head sunk under the water, he would wake up. Every time, the exact same thing. Ever since he had started fighting for the Dark Savior. "Relax, Revus. It's just a dream. It didn't really happen. That's my fear. That I get discovered, and that the ones I love are put in danger. That's also why I'm fighting. To protect them. Most of the guys fighting for him, they're fighting because the Alliance ruined their lives. Not me. I fight because I disagree with what they've done to others, not to me. Most of these people aren't soldiers, they're miners, farmers, labourers. Not soldiers." Revus suddenly realized that he had wandered into Crescent's room, and that he was thinking out loud. "Not that you can hear me, anyways," he said to Crescent, who was unconscious in a stasis pod. "Now, what am I doing, rambling on to someone who can't even hear me? In fact, why are you still here? You should be in the medical bay...." Realization slowly appeared on Revus's face as he dashed to the cockpit and flipped on the radar. Nothing. No Alliance ships, none of the Dark Savior's fleet. "Well, looks like we don't have much of a choice. We're off to find Raeg. Man, I really need to stop sleeping in my armour." He pressed the button on his chest, causing the armour to slide back into the harness, and then removed the harness. Plugging Raeg's last known location into the ship's computer, he set it on autopilot and sat back into the chair and closed his eyes, hoping that dream didn't return to him. |

Winty Part 4:
"Sir, the Raven has raised it's shields." The navigator said, a hint of nervousness in his voice. "Also, I think they have detected the tracker." Kal closed his eyes and sighed. "Well, the original plan has fallen apart multiple times already, so I guess we have to work with whatever is left. Since we're stuck here for the time being, we'll have to modify the contract with the alliance later - since they are here, they'll have recognized the Raven and have no need of us to tell them who has been raiding them recently. Instead, we can give them the location of the Dark Savior's base, or at least a staging ground." After, of course, Kal had his look over the innards of the Raven. "Actually, I don't think getting the Ti'lal stuck here would be a good idea." Kal said, changing his plan again as he stood up, pulling his rifle out of the bag and putting the strap over his shoulder. "Activate the intrusion system. Once I'm on the Raven and the gap is sealed behind me, wait for the shields to drop before it leaves the system, then get out of here. I'll activate a beacon when the ship drops out again. They'll detect it, but I should have found a way off by then. Give the frequency to the alliance and get over there as soon as you can." The weapons officer looked at him for a second, but returned to his console and activated the intrusion system without questioning the command. It was a work of art, really - precision heating combined with a laser cutter allowed entry without much noise or light, and the airtight seal formed between the two ships by the grappling claw would bypass any type of sensor looking for hull breaches. The same precision heating used to make the hole could return it to it's previous state easily. If his memory served him right, the breach would take him into a small, out of the way maintenance corridor. Leaving the cockpit and moving towards the center section of the ship, Kal climbed up the ladder there and pulled himself into the Raven. ##god-mod: the corridor is empty The God-Mod succeeded This post has been edited by Demiqian on Feb 17 2010, 01:20:24 PM |

Rejected part 4:
Raeg spotted a black dot in the distance. "Ugh, finally." He thought. "I'm tired of looking at things through the eyes of a fly." As the ship moved closer, he began to morph back into his normal form to welcome his esteemed customers. When the ship landed, Raeg expected to see Crescent. He was caught off guard when a man in a high-tec suit came out instead. "Oh, hello, Revus. What can I do for you on this fine day?" "Look, I'm not in the mood to deal with you today. You've caused us enough trouble to get us here, so what do you want?" "Oh, I see. Well, to be honest, I really only have something for Crescent." Raeg was somewhat worried. "He sent me out here to do business for him." Revus was losing patience. "I'm afraid I can't sell this thing to just anyone, I mean do you know-" At that moment, Revus made a move as if he were ready to cut Raeg's head off and just loot the place. Well, what was left of it. "Okay, fine. Follow me." Raeg led Revus into the wreckage of his store. He motioned to the glove that was going to help him back into the business. "This beauty is capable of more than you can imagine. And since I'm such good friends with you and Crescent, I'll give you a bargain." "Oh, really?" Revus was not optimistic. "Of course, my good man. This weapon of ultimate power can be yours... for just 100." "100 hundred dollars? That's nothing. What's the catch?" "100 hundred doll... pbbbhhaaha! Now, I may be good friends with you, but I'm not that good of a friend. I meant 100 million." Raeg said. "... Listen, I'm really trying to combat the urge to kill you right now." "Hey, hey, whoa, let's not be hasty. I'm sure we can work something out. For instance, I seem to have... "lost contact" with some of my more faithful business associates. I need to do some networking. What say you take me along with you, where ever you're going? I'm sure you're into something big that I could... assist you with. If you do that... I think I'll be able to cut about ... oh, let's say... 10 million off of the price?" "Yeah? I couldn't imagine that this thing is worth dealing with you on a daily basis and the money. I think I'll pass." Revus began to leave. "Wait! Wait, wait, wait. If Crescent just took one look at this thing, I'm sure he'd realize that this is worth it. Could I just... please speak with him?" Raeg pleaded. "Look, he really can't talk with you right now." Explained Revus. "However busy he is, this is worth his time, believe me." "Dangit, he's in a coma or something. He can't talk with you!" Revus shouted. Raeg was taken aback. This was... not something he expected. He needed to make this sale. And he really needed some new contacts. "Okay, fine. I'll sweeten the deal. I'll give you a free trial period until Crescent comes to. And... I'll let you pay in installments, with absolutely no interest. And... it hurts me to do this, but I'll cut another 5 million. Deal?" Revus looked at the hand Raeg had outstretched in order to wrap the business up. He attempted to conceal a look of disgust as he took the hand. "Fine. Come with me." "Excellent, my good man. I'm sure that this will be one of the best purchases you have ever made." Revus led Raeg onto the ship. |

Hat part 4:
Girly von Obscurecharacter was pissed. Extremely pissed. After searching her area of the spaceship, she had only found one bay for spacecraft. It was heavily guarded, to say the least. She needed to get out, though, to find someone who could fix her memory so she could figure out why she was in the godforsaken place anyway. She creating a quick mental list about herself to see if it helped. Stuff I'm good at: Picking Locks Stuff I'm bad at: Escaping. Sadly, it did nothing to help trigger her mind. She could have been anything or anyone from that information. Girly fumed, turning back towards the bay area. It was her only chance of escape, and it was a risk she'd have to take. She instinctively took a step back from the guard who had suddenly appeared with a lethal-looking gun pointed right at her. "HEY! You're that prisioner! The Dark Savior is going to kill us if he finds out you escaped!" "I'm sorry." Girly said blankly. "I seem to gotten lost. I was looking for the bathroom, the guard on duty said it was okay." She made a sad puppy face and batted her eyelashes. "Wa-Wait, what? Are you serious?" The guard exclaimed. "In fact, now that you brought it up... No." Girly causually remarked, simultaneously grabbing his gun and kicking him, hard, in the abdomen. She aimed briefly and fired. He was vaporized before he even hit the ground. Once she had a weapon, the other four guards were a piece of cake. The fourth one almost had time to sound an alarm. Almost. Girly furtively looked to her left and right and ran into the bay, still clutching her trusty weapon should further need arise. She entered the fastest looking one-man craft she could find, and briefly checked the supplies. Oil? Check. Electricity? Check. Food and water? Check. Oxygen? Check. She booted up the control system and she was off. On a whim, she told the autopilot "89-46892-10932-734", the same as the code on her key. Perhaps it would make more sense to a computer then to her. The ship jumped into lightspeed and Girly sat down in the hard metal seat, assuming the trip to be a long one. She was wrong. Within a few seconds, or within a few hundred miles, the ship landed in a foreign bay. However, landed would not exactly be an accurate term. Crashed and ignited would be far more accurate. Girly smacked her seatbelt and tumbled out of the burning wreck. Out of the frying pan and into the fire? Or out of the fire and into something far more deadly? she idly wondered, coughing. As the wreck swiftly burned out, her vision adjusted to the dark interior. It wasn't a landing bay, but some sort of extrordinarily large closest with... cleaning suplies? Girly barely even noticed the two people huddled in a cramped corner bent over a first aid kit, until one looked up and started calling her name. "Girly!" he shouted. "Hey, Girly, what happened? And why are you here? Are you okay?" "Excuse me", she responded uneasily, "Who the hell are you?" And with that eloquent remark, she dashed out the door, still coughing. The guy who had called her name appeared frozen in shock, and the other had some sort of odd wound on his arm and was quickly losing conciousness. Instinct told her if she started moving now, she could outrun them, and with her current mental state, she couldn't trust anything or anyone. |

Dakr Part 5:
Things had gone wrong, horribly wrong. And it had happened very fast. The Raven's shields have been taking a beating from fighting off five enemy ships. Circuits were sparking all around him, reports of casualties and ship damage could be heard yelled at all times. Dark held his hand up to his head. Slowly, his thoughts began to fade away. A deep calm took him, then nothing. A pain grew deep within Dark's brain. It pierced him like lightning, and each one of his nerves lit on fire. But with this pain came a sudden rush of power. He could feel everything. He felt a disturbance in the lower decks, something doesn't belong. And a very special cargo was trying to sneak its way out. But there was something more pressing. The felt them, the ships. He could see every single bit of metal, glass, and fiber that made them. He could see the individual molecules that made up those materials, and how thin the bonds were. He felt the crewman next to him flinch as Dark suddenly stood up, a red glint could be seen in his eye. He couldn't help but think that even if just one of those bonds were to break then the whole thing might just... snap. That instant, a large explosion was seen on screen. "Sir! One of the enemies' engines just... exploded?" Another crew member on the bridge yelled in response: "That bird's crippled. We've got four more ships on us." But Dark already knew. "Fire at will," he growled to no one. He felt another surge of energy rush through him, and his mind shifted focus. ##Godmod: Dark instantly destroys one of the other Alliance ships. I just noticed any bolding or italics aren't showing up. Bummer. But no matter. Demi Part 5:
'Hey.. Don't leave me behind...' Demi coughed up a bit of blood. The stinger's lethal poison was almost at it's peak. He noticed that the last few minutes have been getting more and more agonizing. The stinging pain (it's ironic, really) was slowly spreading from his arms to other parts of his body. And worst of all, the janitor guy (who was called Rbj, if Demi remembered correctly) just ran out of the very closet where he was treating the commander. 'Don't... Please, don't leave me...' Why did he leave anyway? What, or who, did he go after? For some reason, the commander's short-term memory was ridiculously bad at the moment. He didn't even know where that burning pile of trashed spaceship in the closet came from. Or, even more important, where it came from. The rest of the closet seemed just fine, and there were no gigantic holes in the walls or doors or anything. Using the last bits of his strength, Demi pushed himself up a bit from the wall he was sitting at, and tried to look a bit closer. He saw a few lines of text on the hull of the ship and, even though the pain was increasing by the second, he tried to read them. Made in Shnorgerflarger. Demi grinned. It was a painful grin, but it was still a grin. A mate of his was born on Shnorgerflarger. Demi continued to read the lines of text. For Revus. Revus? That name made sense to Demi, but somehow, he couldn't put his finger on it.. His mind was a mess right now. The last line of text, however, gave the commander a shock that almost sent him into a coma. From the Dark Savior. So... This ship, this burning pile of metal and deuterium, it belongs to the Dark Savior! I guess that solves the puzzle of whom it belonged to, but how did it get here? There probably was only one way for a ship to get in here without crashing the bloody place, so the commander figured it out pretty quickly. Slowly, Demi pulled up his hand and put it into his pocket. Out of the pocket, he pulled a richly bejeweled, blue, radiating necklace. There was a hole on the bottom of it, and a serie of numbers was engraved on the side. '89-46892-10932-734...' Demi whispered. The next moment, Rdj ran into the closet, panting. Sweat seemed to be dripping from his face, and he was holding a syringe in his right hand. 'Oh.. Hey, what were you doing?' Demi said with a calm voice. He wasn't angry or anything, he was just curious. 'Oh, erm.. Nothing, sir. I was just getting this syringe, I need a lot of them for your treatment and I was running out.' Rdj said. 'It's probably not a good idea what I was really doing, or who I was really trying to catch up with..' Rdj thought to himself 'The shock might be too much for him, and let's just say that he isn't in a well enough state right now..' Demi took a look at the First Aid Kit ('Now with extra Stinger syringes!') and looked at the section which contained the drugs. It was stuffed with syringes identical to the one Rdj was holding. 'I... see. Well, Rbj, shall we continue my treatment then?' For some reason, Demi started feeling better already. 'Alright, sir. I'll warn you, though, this syringe will put you in a very strong, dreamless sleep. During that, the anti-immune bacteria will kick in and this will severely weaken you. But, seeing as this closet is (Rdj took a glance at the crashed space ship) moderately sterile, you probably won't be killed by any stray viruses or anything. So, sir, you want me to inject the cure now?' 'Do it, Rbj.' A smile curved on Rdj's face. 'It's Rdj, sir.' In a swift motion, Rdj stabbed the syringe in Demi's neck. The last few moment of consciousness that were left for Demi were peaceful. There was only one person in the universe who had acces to that particular combination of numbers, and that very person might very well be on this very ship... |

Revus Part 5:
Revus led Raeg onto the ship, pointing him in the direction of the passenger area. "This is where you'll be staying for the next while," he said, shutting the door on his way out. Walking back into the cockpit, he lifted off and started flying in a random direction. "Good friends. Yeah, I'm real good friends with the guy. I'd rather pour fire ants in my pants than associate with that guy. Too bad I need him for that stupid glove." "Short on money. Gonna have to take on a few missions." He checked the messaging system to see if there was anything for him. A couple of rebellions against dictators which needed squashing, requests from gangs on both sides of a turf war, and crime lords which needed to have rival crime lords killed. [s]Small stuff. Child's play. Barely worth my time.[/i] However, there was one thing in particular which caught his eye. TO: unknown FROM: unknown Subject: Princess missing. Last guy hired failed, she escaped. Find her, and kill her. Bring proof of death. 20 million. "Alright, looks like I've got a mission." Revus accepted the mission and activated the engines, then set the coordinates to the princess' last known location, as listed in the message. "Alright Raeg, buckle up yout seatbelt, cause you're in for a bumpy ride." |

Rdj Part 5:
The last few minutes had sent the janitor into a whirlwind of confusion and doubt. On one hand, he had seen his sister return safely (well, as safely as could be expected of a crash), and yet she didn't recognize him at all, and was even fleeing from him! On the other, he was not sure how long Commander del Sandvi had coped with that Stinger wound, and wondered whether he was too late in administering the antidote. ...No. It's not too late. He'll pull through; I'm sure of it. With the commander in a deep sleep, RDJ wrote a quick note for him to see when he awoke, and taped it to what remained of the wall. He was certain that no would-be assassin would think to look in a janitor's closet for the commander of a ship. Yes, the commander should be safe here. If I lock the door, it can only be opened from the inside or with my key. Now...I need to go find Girly before she gets herself into trouble. The way she ran away from me earlier, I'm not sure if she remembers anything about this place... This thought troubled the young man. Surely, the president of an entire planet would recognize her own brother...right? Soon, RDJ's thoughts were coming up with all sorts of explanations for Girly's behavior, ranging from paranoia to memory suppressants to "it's that time of the month again" (he mentally chastised himself for that one). Whatever the case, he would try to help his sister to the best of his ability. ...The only problem was that he had no idea which way to go. Taking a few syringes filled with anaesthetics, RDJ locked the closet door and began making his normal rounds, as it was the only way he remembered the ship's layout. With any luck, he would find Girly before anything bad happened. |

Rejected Part 5:
Raeg was forced back into his seat as the ship jumped to hyperspeed. "I hate space travel." Raeg thought to himself, as the ship began to slow down to a point where Raeg could once again move. He got out of his seat, and walked up to Revus in the pilot's seat. "Say pal, what was that all about?" Raeg asked. "You want your money, right? Then I'm going to have to do some work. Unless, of course, you want to just lower the price and get this whole thing over with." Raeg giggled immaturely. "No, I've already given you a good enough deal. Just trust me, whatever small time jobs you have to do now will be worth it. Look on the bright side. I'm sure that you'll get these jobs done safely, and with barely any trouble at all." Raeg forgot to knock on some wood. "Whatever. Look, I've come to the coordinates the mission had told me to. Now we just have to wait for more instructions, or maybe we'll get a chance to meet with this mystery employer." As Revus finished his sentence, a real demon of a ship came into the range of the radar. "Well... I guess we'll get the honor of meeting this man face-to-face after all, then." Revus said. Raeg didn't respond. "Just think of how much money the owner of that ship must have in order to afford it... hmm... I'll have to work some magic to get him on my side. Maybe I'll even be able to persuade him to enter in a mutually beneficial business relationship... Pbbha! Mutually beneficial. The only person who benefits from any deal I make is me. Except for my customers, of course. Gotta keep them happy, or I lose business." Revus stared at Raeg's odd expression while this was running through his head. His mouth was open, and it seemed as if he was drooling. "Well, if you're ever gonna afford this glove of mine, you'd better get to work." Raeg teased. |

Winty part 5:
Sticking his head just barely over the rim of the hole, Kal confirmed the corridor was clear before he pulled himself onto the Raven. He waited for a second, making sure the opening was properly sealed and camouflaged before starting to move. As he half-expected, there were quite a few people wandering the corridors, moving around as the ship prepared for either fight or flight. Kal took steps to avoid them, using the signs on the walls and floor as well as faint memory of seeing the plans long ago to stay out of the critical areas. It wasn't long after he started that he had to take a detour from his planned route, taking the long way around a group of crewmen examining a readout. As he passed near the hangar bay, he heard voices around the corner several meters away "I'm sorry, I seem to have gotten lost." He heard the first voice say. He couldn't quite hear everything, so he slowly moved forward, rifle at the ready. "Are you serious?" "In fact, now that you brought it up... No." The first voice responded. Now that he was closer, he could tell that it probably belonged to a woman. Hearing the sound of someone being hit, followed by a weapon discharge, Kal ran the last few meters and slowly peeked around the corner. He caught a glimpse of the woman's face as she turned, using her stolen weapon to dispatch the rest of the guards. That brief glimpse was all that he needed to recognize the president of one of the major planets in the system. He quietly followed her as she moved into the hangar and walked over to a ship. She'd go the Alliance fleet, there was no question in that. It wouldn't take that long for that ship to get there. Throwing his rifle back over his shoulder, he ran towards the ship, sliding underneath it and hooking his hand around the weapon housing attached the bottom of the wing. He hastily pushed himself up against the bottom of the craft, bracing his feet against the lower fuselage to hold himself in place. Seven minutes, he told himself, taking a deep breath and using his free hand to tap a button on the device strapped to his arm. The air in front of him seemed to shiver for a moment, they take on a pinkish glow. The shield bubble was originally made as a type of saftey net to protect the user from falls, but it also had an unintended and useful property - trapping air and heat. "I hate extra vehicular activity." He said as the deck on the other side of the faint pink barrier started moving away from him. He closed his eyes as it was replaced with the star scape, and did not the dotted blackness get replaced by the pure white of faster than light travel. His choice of yet again abandoning his plan was not the best he could have choosen. When he opened his eyes, he was lying on a deck, the ship above him burning. He was fairly sure he'd be dead by now if not for the now-depleted shield bubble. I actually used it for what it was meant for. That's a first. Realizing the danger, he slowly crawled forward, the action taking much more effort than it should have. When he finally got near the edge of the wing of the craft, he could see a man locking a closet before running off in another direction. Locking a closet? That was his one thought as he pulled himself out from under the wing, crawling slightly faster now that he didn't have to push through debris from the ship. When he finally got to the closet door, the effort to stand made his vision blur, so he settled for laying on his back a few feet away, staring blankly up at he ceiling. On the bright side, the rifle seems to be alright. |

CC Part 5:
Silence. Black, eerie silence. Just miles and miles of black abyss. Then something else, something more distinct. A beeping. It grew louder, louder, louder. Something was happening. Then it happened. The world was sucked in by Crescent's eyes. He had no idea who he was or where he was at that point, but he knew he was in some sort of case. A clear coffin, almost. Panic began to rush over him, and he automatically did what he did best; he punched through the glass. Sliding the pod open, he got out. Memory began flooding back into his brain, bit by bit. He was wearing his signature black armor, but no cloak or hood. No weapons either. He looked at a coat rack and a weapon case near the door. In the weapon rack was his Stinger, his beam sword, his high powered laser pistol and some other weapons. Seeing as he was on his own ship, he grabbed his laser pistol only. He wouldn't be pulling off any high profile assassinations any time soon. The black laser pistol was bought from Raeg, at a fair price for such a beauty. Then Crescent saw a gift sitting on top of the case... a mask. Bulletproof and flak proof, not to mention stylish. He put it on with one hand and fastened it, and then saw where the real beauty was. It had a computer system in it. He then saw his high tech cloak ((don't ask, think Meta Knight)) and went to put it on, only to realize... He had no left hand. He let out a small cry of disgust and anguish, and fell to his knees. How hadn't he noticed? Was he too lightheaded or something? It didn't matter now, he thought. He had to get this fixed... and fast. He recalled something about Raeg's new "artifact" and wondered if he'd be able to use it. Little did he know, it'd all work out. He managed to put the cloak on with one hand and left the hood down. He was off. Seeing a communicator on the wall, he dialed Revus's extension. Ring, ring, ring... |

Hat Part 5:
Down the hallway. Down the hallway. By now, this four-syllable mantra had become etched into Girly's head as she stumbled through various harshly lit corridors, taking a right here and a left there. Stuck on a foreign ship, being chased by a person she had never seen before who kept calling her name, not to mention crashing a space ship into the world's biggest closet... The day most definitely was not turning out as planned. It didn't help that she was an amnesiac who had absolutely no idea what was going on either. Down the hallway. Down the hallway. Girly mentally shoved all her conflict away and focused on running. "Girly! Please! Wait!" The guy running behind her shouted. She smiled and kept moving, confident that she could outdistance him. She used to run sprints in high school, and the only person who could keep up with her was her older brother. Woah. Where did that come from? Was that a memory? She slowed her pace for a split second. Mistake. The person chasing her gained several paces on her. Girly gritted her teeth and stepped up her speed, to the speed that had won her all those victories in school races. She couldn't keep this up much longer. She needed somewhere to hide, and fast. Her legs, weak from her time captive on the other ship, were starting to bend in odd ways. And somehow, despite her furious pace, her pursuor was catching up to her. Suddenly, a door on the left. Salvation. She entered the room blindly and skidded to a stop, and stood, hoping desperately it was filled with weapons or SOMETHING she could use. "Geez, sis-I mean, Girly, I haven't run in forever!" The guy laughed, catching up to her as she scanned the room. Girly swore. Of all the luck! The room was the SAME closet she had crashed her ship in, she had come in a complete circle somehow. And she was trapped. She backed into a corner, that is, until she tripped over the same unconcious man she had seen for a split second earlier. He groaned and fuzzily muttered "What is it Rpj?" "Oh, uh, nothing. Sir." Rpj or whatever his name was stuttered. "And it's RDJ." "Look, Rdj, I can tell when you're lying. So you shoul-" Girly had pressed herself into a corner when she felt it. Something wrong just happened. Something very, very wrong. She gasped, never expecting to meet someone else who could structurally rearrange matter ever since that awful day- Oh. Right. Enemies or not, it would be courteous to warn them before this wispy memory vanished, or worse, solidified. "I hate to interrupt this charmingly pleasant conversation," Girly intervened between the two arguing guys also in the closet, who both turned to look at her expectantly, like they had known her all their lives. Freaky. "But, well, one of the ships near this one just exploded. And don't ask how I know, but there's a massive shockwave about to pummel this ship in about three seconds. HIT THE FLOOR!" She shoved both of them down, losing her chance to save herself to secure them. I have no idea why I just saved random strangers, she thought as the shockwave hit her hard enough to slam her through the closed door into the corridor. |

Dakr Part 6:
Dark felt something was wrong. Through the main viewscreen he could see the ship he was focusing on rock slightly to its port side, but no other signs of damage could be seen. It seems I have yet to master my power, he thought. But there was another matter to address. Dark could feel the intruders that were on board his ship. He turned to a lieutenant that was standing nearby. "Gather some security teams and do a tactical sweep of the entire ship. We have some uninvited guests." "Yes, sir!" The lieutenant shuffled away as another crewman came up to replace him. "Sir, two of the enemy ships have been destroyed but we can't hold them for much longer!" "What's the status of the salvage operation?" "The tracking device has been secured in our cargo bay." "Alright helmsman, get us the hell out of dodge." The Raven's engines burned a bright blue, a blinding flash in the middle of deep space. The ship lurched forward and became a blur as it blew past the remaining Alliance ships. The Raven was one of the fastest ships in the galaxy, the standard model Alliance vessel was no match for it. As such, The Raven had left the enemy fleet eating its proverbial dust. "Engage the cloak." An officer to Dark's right turned around from their station. "Sir, the cloak was shot out during the battle. It can be fixed, but we won't have cloak capabilities for a few hours." "Send emergency engineering teams to get that fixed as soon as possible. Until then, scan the surrounding system for any large moons." After a few minutes of waiting, an ensign came up to Dark with the results of the scan. Dark picked out one of the moons from the results, "Take us in slow and establish orbit. Once we're synched with the moon's orbital field power down the shields. Make sure that our emissions are kept at a minimum. We don't want anyone to see us while we fix the cloak." Another officer piped up from behind him. "What do we do in the meantime, sir?" Dark got up from the captain's chair. "We have some domestic matters to attend to." |

Demi Part 6:
Demi hit the floor, just as the girl had told him to do. Well, actually, he was already laying on the floor, so that wasn't too much of a problem. Still, if the ship you're on gets hit by a shockwave with the power of a 5 Gigaton fusionreactor, and you've just been drugged in such a way that you're practically helpless... It's painful. It's really, really painful. Especially if you have to see a loved one get hurt even more. "Girly!!" Demi tried to shout, but he couldn't. It felt as if his lungs had collapsed. The pressure of the shockwave pushed him against the wall, but his eyes were wide open. They were open, so that he could see Girly get flung against the door, breaking it with a mighty CLANG. They were open, so that he could see Rdj getting slammed against the wall next to him. They were open, so that he could see a man getting pushed out from underneath the burning pile of metal and rubble, a man who managed to hold on to the remains of the spaceship for about 5 seconds, after which he- Wait. A man? Who was this man? Was he a friend? An enemy? Thoughts rushed through Demi's brain. He thought he had seen this man somewhere before, but he couldn't figure out where, when and how... And, most importantly, who. Then, as soon as the shockwave had begun, it had stopped. The pressure on Demi's lungs loosened, so he could gasp for breath again. He tried to stand up as soon as he had inhaled some oxygen, failed to do so, and fell down with his back against the wall again. Tried again. Fell down. Tried again. Fell down. "You're not gonna be able to do that, sir." Rdj said with a surprisingly calm voice, while standing in front of Demi. "I'll look for Girly and that other guy." "You saw him too?" Demi asked. "Of course I did. Now you just sit here, sir. That's an order." "...YOU ARE A JANITOR, RDJ!" "I know, but I've always wanted to say that, sir." Rdj took off, slowly limping towards the broken metal door. At about half of the distance, Rdj stopped, turned around, and said: "Stay. I'm serious. In your state, you wouldn't last 5 minutes out there." And after that last remark, Rdj walked towards the remains of the door and walked through it, and Demi was alone again. All that Demi could really look at now was a window, and he was just in time to see the Raven race away at a blinding speed, leaving a lightening, blue trail behind him. Then, Demi closed his eyes. |

Rejected Part 6:
While waiting for the unnamed employer, Raeg was telling Revus his plans for reopening his business. Unfortunately, Revus really didn't care about Raeg and his business at all. Unfortunately for Revus, Raeg didn't care that Revus didn't care. "So then I'll get some top-of-the-line weaponry, and I'll be all set. It's brilliant, am I right?" Raeg said with enthusiasm. Revus merely stared out into space. A few seconds past when Raeg's communicator went off. He answered it. "Hello, Raeg Atsanac here. Former owner of the most dependable weapon service in the universe. How can I help you?" The voice on the other end filled Raeg with great joy. He'd be able to sell the glove to who it was made for. The voice was his ticket back to business. "Hey, Raeg, this is Crescent. I think we need to talk." Raeg gave a high-pitched giggle. "Of course, friend. Why don't we meet face-to-face?" With that cryptic remark, Raeg hung up and ran to Crescent's room. Revus, worried that Raeg would destroy the ship's engines or something, got up and followed. When Raeg saw Crescent, the first thing he noticed was his hand. Or rather, Crescent's lack of hand. Crescent was caught off guard by the abrupt cease of communication followed by the appearance of the man he was just talking to. "Raeg! What the-" Raeg rudely interrupted. "Ah, your hand! This is most wonderfully convenient!" He said with enthusiasm. Crescent responded with indignant rage. "What!? So help me Raeg, if you think that my other hand is not as capable of killing you, then you are mistaken." Raeg gives his creepy giggle again. "Oh no, friend, don't worry. I have the answers to all of your problems. Just follow me." Revus, bewildered from all that was happening, watched in silence up to that point. He stopped Crescent from following Raeg out of the room for a moment. "Crescent! I don't think you should be moving too much. I'll need you in your best condition for the mission I just accepted." Crescent responded with "You're probably right. And as slimy as Raeg is, I wouldn't blame you if you didn't trust him. But he knows quality merchandise." At this point, he looks down at his gun. "My previous dealings with him prove that. So just let me follow him, and I'm sure he has what I need to recover." Revus was hesitant, but he allowed Crescent to go. He followed closely behind. |

Rdj Part 6:
Maybe I should have been a bit more respectful to the commander... This thought bounced off of the janitor's mental walls as he stepped over the remains of the door. Making a quick scan of the area with his peripheral vision, he noticed Girly against the wall, apparently having slid down the hallway a bit due to the ship's rocking. Exerting what strength he had remaining after his impact with the wall, RDJ was able to lift his unconscious sister with a bit of effort. All right. Now, to find a safe place to let her recover from that crash...and then, I'll need to find that guy that came out of the wreckage. ...I hope she'll be okay... It wasn't easy for RDJ to find an unoccupied room in the hospital wing, but he finally found a (relatively) quiet space somewhere on the east side, not too far from the closet where Commander del Sandvi was still resting. He placed Girly on the hospital bed and tucked her in so that she'd maintain more of her body heat, and then scribbled a note explaining the situation to any medical staff that might come across the room. Once that was done, the janitor returned to the hallway to track down whoever had fled from the crashed ship, but...he had no clue where the guy had gone. Ugh...well, I'm sure to find him down one of these hallways. I'd best start looking. With that, he took off to his left, checking each of the rooms for the strange man. |

Revus Part 6:
Revus leaned on the wall outside of Crescent's room. Him and Raeg were in there, replacing Crescent's now ruined hand. As Raeg performed the delicate operation, connecting all the nerve endings to the hand so that it would work properly, Revus' thoughts turned back home. Valentine's Day was approaching, and once again, he was out 'working', leaving her alone for the umpteenth year in a row. Suddenly, he was snapped out of his contemplations by the door opening, and Crescent walking out with a new hand. "Alright, CC, time to get down to business." Revus directed Crescent down the hall, trying to avoid Raeg. "Alright, so here's the deal. A princess has been kidnapped. However, she was then kidnapped from the original kidnappers. The plan is to rescue the princess, return her to the original kidnappers, and inform her father of the location of the original kidnappers. That way we get to rewards for one mission." Once they were in the cockpit, Revus opened his messages to show Crescent the mission. "So, this princess was last seen by the kidnappers here, before she was re-kidnapped." Just before Revus closed the messages, another one appeared, the subject line reading 'I miss you'. Before Crescent could see it, Revus closed it quickly. I'm sorry Jess |

Winty Part 6:
Kal's plan of lying on his back waiting for someone to come by wasn't working. On top of that, he was now fairly sure he had at least one broken rib in addition to his body just hurting everywhere. The pain was making it very hard for him to identify the design of ship he was on, so he had no idea if it was one of the many he knew the layout of. Doesn’t matter. Need to get somewhere safer. There’s a battle going on outside. With this thought, he again tried to pull himself to his feet, this time managing to get far enough up to wrap his fingers around a protrusion on the wall. Whatever it was – probably a handrail for exactly this situation – there was more of it going down the hallway. Slowly and painfully, he pulled himself along, looking for an open door. The battle had sent the ship into partial lockdown, and he passed quite a few locked doors, having to turn corners down hallways until he was thrown against the opposite wall by a massive shockwave. The impact made his vision blur again, but it also shook open the door to a cafeteria. Grabbing onto the handrail again, he pulled himself inside, crawling over to one of the pillars the tables were bolted to. With even more effort, he managed to turn around and sit down with his back against it, the doorway he had just come through wavering in his vision as the sound of footsteps made his head throb. People should learn to walk quietly. You never know when someone might have a migraine nearby. His hands, at that point having more coherent thoughts than his brain, were pulling his rifle out of it’s bag, just in time to point it at the person walking through the door. His eyes, hurting from the migraine, couldn’t make out the uniform of the man past the vague dark shape of the rifle. Dark rifle…I forgot to turn it on. Kal dropped the gun, partially smiling at not having to hold it’s bulk up any more. “Hey guy, I don’t know who you are or what side your on, but I’m pretty much helpless at this point.” The man said something, but the only thing Kal could hear was his head pounding in synch with the sound waves. “Yeah.” Kal agreed. “I’m Kal Torridas. You should know of me. I’m the leader of the Varlan mercenaries, and I need a doctor.” |

CC Part 6:
Crescent rubbed his newly possessed hand. It was like a hybrid of robotics and human parts, with cybernetic technology. It had a scorpion-like retracting blade on it, along with a gravity displacement module. Not to mention a built in communicator and a plethora of utilities such as a lighter. Of course, it was fairly large, considering some of the tools were more like a glove. As he fiddled with it, he listened to what was going on and looked at his companions. "A princess kidnapped by kidnapping hating kidnappers or something? Am I supposed to understand this?" Revus chuckled. "Let me rephrase... we have to get some girl from A to B." Crescent nodded. "Easy enough, but how does this factor into the war right now? Is she some high profile target or something?" Raeg replied before Revus, saying, "Well, it factors into your mission. She is wanted by the Dark Savior for some reason, and no one really knows the whole story. All we know is that she's wanted by a lot of people... a lot of them not on our side." Crescent woke up a bit. "Standing around here won't help us. Revus, let's go. Raeg, you can come on the ship to discuss the price if you'd like." Everyone entered the ship. The engines roaring, it took off to the last known coordinates of the princess... an alliance ship. Edit since Hat made it go so fast rage: Suddenly, CRASH. The ship lurched. They had hit their mark. This was the ship they had been seeking. It seemed oddly familiar. There hadn't been a need for words, only nods. Revus and Crescent activated the emergency bridge feature of the ship, and blew a hole into the side of the enemy ship, walking into it. There they saw a girl in a hospital bed. She seemed lost somehow. Crescent took out his pistol and aimed at the ground next to her. She was frightened and fell on the ground, off of her bed. Crescent smiled, showing his perfect teeth and smile. He walked toward her and picked her up by the neck with his biotic hand. Her face was covered by a mask of emotions... many of them. She spit on Crescent's face while she tried to kick him. "Resistance is futile," Crescent sneered. A trickle of blood seeping down from her neck caused by his sharp armament came down. He wiped it off with his other hand and brushed her hair behind her ear. "You are most definitely who we are looking for. Your passion is irrefutable evidence." Crescent threw her to Revus, who cradled her like a baby. His animatronic voice whispered, "it'll be over soon." He'd always had a soft spot for women, but his devotion and job always canceled out the better of it. As Revus took the princess across the bridge, a man appearing as a janitor showed himself at the corner. "Hat?" he yelled, right as saw the dark, tall character of Crescent, who drew his laser pistol and fired at the janitor, narrowly missing his thigh. As the janitor dodged out of sight, a larger and stronger man jumped out with an automatic plasma (IIRC) rifle and unloaded in Crescent's general direction. Crescent grabbed Hat and took her as a hostage. "Your next move could be your last!" he yelled to the man on the opposite side of the ship. |

Hat Part 6:
She hit the wall, sinking into a less painful shadowy dream world as all her memories came rushing back. "Here, c'mon. Let's go to the beach. I'll teach you how to swim, it's really fun." "...But what if I get eaten by a shark, or a giant squid, or The Dark Savior shows up?" "Stop being so silly, Girly. Nothing at the beach eats people, and you know that The Dark Savior was just a myth Mom made up to get you to take that cough syrup." "You promise you'll save me if something bad happens? Promise?" "Of course." Then she was happily paddling through the ocean, until she banged her head on a large rock that seemingly appeared out of nowhere. "You okay, sis? Remember to stick out your arms and legs and float!" She tried, but she couldn't get any air into her lungs and she was panicking, being swept out of the shallow water to deeper ocean. But just like that, he was there, holding up her head and body while carrying her out of the water. "Do you think I was good at swimming, rdj? Can we go build sandcastles now?" "Sure, you were doing a great job swimming. When I started, I couldn't even float!" He laid her down on the beach towel, and the sunny memory world suddenly morphed back into harsh reality with a loud clang, the beach towel melting into a bed and the sandcastles into two men standing over her. "Who's that?" Girly tried to say, but it came out as mmmph mmph mmph. She removed the post-it note stuck to her face and tried again. "Demi? rdj? Is that you?" "Demi?" The one with a shining metal hand said excitedly. "You mean Del Sandvi's on this ship?" Girly squinted at him hazily, and then gasped, attempting to sit up, and lying right back down when her fractured ribcage objected. "Crescent and Revus, I presume? Delighted to make your accquaintance. I'd love to punch both of you in the face right now, but as you can see, this isn't the best moment for me. I don't suppose you two would mind coming back in oh, a few days?" Crescent jabbed her abdominal region with his metal hand, sending a shockwave of pain throughout her body. "I SAID DEL SANDVI. IS HE ON THE SHIP?" "No," Girly gasped. "He left a few hours ago for a business meeting." She silently thanked Demi for teaching her how to be a convincing liar. It took forever, but it was worth it. "Dammit!" Crescent swore. He drew his weapon and literally blasted her out of the bed. She tried to kick him without moving her torso, but he simply stepped around her and grabbed her, brushing her hair behind her ear with his strange hand. "Resistance is futile, you know." She spat in his face. "...You're a creep, you know." "You're most definitely who we're looking for." He continued, throwing her over to Revus. She managed a smile, she heard footsteps rushing down the hall. She had to distract Revus, and she would be saved. "Revus!" She gasped. "Jess... She wouldn't want you doing this." Revus froze for a split second. "Stop with your mind games, Miss Von Obscure Character. It all will be over soon." He injected her with tranquilizer, and she began to pass out as she saw her brother, too late, come running down the hall. |

Summary:
I will explain every part in one or two sentences. That way, you can quickly skim this summary if you ever get lost in the story. --- Part 1: -Demi gets shot by an unknown weapon. Whoever Demi is. -The Dark Savior attacks a fleet of ships and destroys a lot of them. His troops enter one of the cargo ship which contains some kind of cube. -lolBilly Joe -Crescent attacked Demi with the Stinger -Winty (Kal) tells us about him being a mercenary and being on a ship called the Ti'lal -Revus overslept the invasion. CC was already gone. -Raeg has acquired a 'fine item'. He then calls Crescent, but he's in the middle of a fight, disrupting him. (I found out Soopa has edited out his part of the story. His reasons for this remain unknown, but I don't get it for one fucking bit. Fucking asshole.) --- Part 2: -Demi manages to get away from Crescent, and meets up with Billy Joe in the Commanders Room. -The Dark Savior thinks about his past. The boarding parties are coming back. -Tiger-guy found the cube, running for somewhere. -Crescent his left hand gets cut (shot) off, and is close to dying. However, he gets saved by Revus. -Kal finds the Dark Savior. Not a lot happens. -Revus pulls off someones head. Oh, and he saves Crescent. -Hat von ObscureCharacter, the president of a small planet, gets kidnapped onto an unknown (it still is, here) ship. -Raeg gets attacked by soldiers, and has magic fly-transformation powerz. He tries to call Crescent again. --- Part 3: -Demi sees Samuel-guy and Billy-guy drop dead, but manages to save Tiger-dude. Tiger-dude is still carrying the cube, and was told to hold tight to it. Demi then hears the beeping noise of Crescent's communicator. This post has been edited by Demiqian on Feb 19 2010, 12:04:18 AM |

SO, FINALLY DONE
Either way, one thing that strikes me is the lack of God-Mods. The last one was around 12 posts ago, and that strikes me as too many. Use them God-Mods. Try to win. Play dirty. But keep the story nice and flowing, that's a priority. I will make that summary when I feel like it, especially for Dakr. For now, game is on hold. |

Also, about the new rule about actually making God-Mods mandatory...
I'd like suggestions. |

I can see a problem where some situations will require a God-Mod to get through, while others would be forced to ##God-Mod: Don't trip over untied shoelace because of lack of action. Although maybe I'm overthinking like I always do.
