You would pick one of the cheapest characters in the entire game (Juri's fine with me, though. I honestly thought her moves were about as safe as Cammy's).
Then again, I main Chun Li and am trying to decide who I'll use between T. Hawk and Guy (Adon as well, but I doubt he'll get past mid). >_>
Assuming Dan mainers are actually playing with him seriously, use Akuma or Ryu instead.

The EX version is a bit faster and has two hits but still I have to be decently close to hit with the damn thing. Punch me in the face.

You know, after a little testing around, I honestly think T. Hawk is better.
Condor Dive is just plain silly. It can beat pretty much everything that Zangief can throw at T. Hawk, yet Dan's Gadoken stops it.
