Once your character is accepted, you will start to receive 100 Aolen (the currency of CW) for every post that you make. However, when you get a job, that sum will increase.

CAPTAINS: The base pay for captains is 2000 Aolen per post. However, doing certain actions may raise or lower this sum.

CREW: The base pay for all crew is 200 Aolen per post. However, a captain may decide to pay a certain person more (see below).

Payment Methods:

Because we realize that different people have different activity levels, the deductions and increases of funds will be separated by post count.

When an employer and an employee have established a payment rate, the employers pay per post will decrease by the established rate, and the employee's will increase. So, if the employee makes 10 posts, and the employer only makes 1 post, the employee will receive 10 posts worth of pay, but the employer will only be deducted 1 post worth of pay.
