Amsterdam and Bergen updates

Cloud9 released the version 1.04 of the Cloud9 Amsterdam scenery and the version 1.01 of the Bergen sceneries for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (FS9).
These updates are for compatibility with Aerosoft’s AES (Airport Enhancement Service) see the publisher product page for more details. The Amsterdam version 1.04 and Bergen 1.01 don’t include other changes so if you are not using AES, no need to update the sceneries.
