Hi guys. I currently have been using the crack for flite sim and it has been working fine but it has recently been coming up with this message on start up and i can't fly on flite sim :crying:

What kind of crack are you using? I hope that the crack you're talking about is the FS9 NOCD crack, if that is the case there's not much you can do other than try to reinstall the NOCD crack, or in the worst case just reinstall FS9.

Maybe something changed when you installed a plane or scenery. Try to figure out when this problem started and what you changed to your sim just before.

This happens when you put the wrong crack in, for example using the early crack for the latest version of FS.

Yeah there are more then one NOCD cracks for FS9 F14 Tomcat, but it is strange that this just happened. I would follow what Brian says and see what that does :( .

One thing you should try is to delete the fs9.cfg. The next time you start up FS9 it will automatically rebuild itself.

To delete this file go to C:/Documents and Setting/**User Name**/Application Data/Microsoft Games/FS9. If you can't find this then you need to tunr on "show hidden files" in the folder options.

Here's a direct link to the latest version of FS9's NO CD crack. just make sure that you have the 9.1 patch for FS9 installed or otherwise this patch won't work. The 9.1 patch is available HERE if you don't have it :) . Hope this helps :cool: . Happy Flying.

Cheers ludo. It still isn't workin so i have uninstalled it but because disc 4 is broken i can't reinstall. O well no flying for me

Ouch :cry: sorry to hear that you broke one of your FS9 disks. Can your computer handle FSX?

I downloaded FSX Demo and it worked Ok but i had all the graphics on full and was getting 3.5FPs so I think Im going to stick with FS9.

P.S How do you get a new disc 4 or would I have to buy the whole set again?

Of course your going to get 3.5fps if you have the graphics on full, why don't you try turning them down?

Send an e-mail to microsoft, saying that you broke Disk 4 of FS2004.


If that doesn't work, you can pick up a new copy for 19 bucks at must computer stores.

Did you resolve your issue and got a new disc 4? I have a friend with the same problem, here cracked it a couple of weeks ago?
