this is the alley where many witches and wizards go to do their unearthly shopping. in a tight street, cobblestone paths are visible underneath the shoes of the the magical folk, purchasing an obscure variety of animals and materials. like the school, this area is generally m.i.b. free, as the area can only be accessed through a temporary portal conjured by a user of the powers. however, there are the occasional strays...

L'ÉCOLE MAGIQUE
this is the only magic school left in the world. the residents consist of boys and girls in a wide age range of eleven to seventeen and their teachers. boarding is optional. it appears to be nothing more than a museum, but beneath the glamour threaded to protect the building from m.i.b.s, this is an impressive facility.

this beautiful district is one of the two natural islands in paris. it is located in the center, and all of the buildings are preserved from dating back to the sixteenth century. this is a more quiet area relative to the rest of the city, and is often a nice place to spend a day shopping with a friend.

the icon of france, behold the fifth tallest standing structure in the world. a tourist magnet, one is quite likely to find this area of paris simply swarmed with people from all over the globe. to a local, it may simply be a beautiful site to behold while on walks along the river, and to a new-comer to the city, it is the height of sight-seeing.

this is the fastest and most effective manner of transportation in paris. ideal, this system of public underground transit covers more ground than any taxi could hope to effectively travel in a day. stopping in over three-hundred locations over the city, the trains are often crowded, and many unforeseen encounters may present themselves here.

located along the river seine, this is the top magically incapacitated being school in paris. it accepts students of all traditional educational grades, teaching basic classes. on large green grounds, there is a building for the core departments of education, psychical education and electives.
