The first of this year's Bronze Age Boats is being built at Dover, Kent, England. Half size version of the excavated remains in the museum.

What an embarrassment! Much like that large skin boat that kept twisting when launched.
I do wonder what the problem was. One difficulty might be soaking in water may not fill up gaps the way it would on a wooden clinker boat. Edwin |

Just realised that as my current mini project is carving a wooden baler for my eventual boat. Wonder if I should offer one to both current Bronze Age Boat builds
