A nervous robot (well, actually, he's been turned into a human now), fancies himself to be in control of the forum, but he's yet to actually keep anybody from causing trouble. Mostly he just yips at them and adds to the rule list.
Despite all this, XR really is a nice guy. A bit of a ditz at times, but a nice guy.

Kila (EverythingBurns)

A sarcastic and generally angry paranoid idiot of an experiment with an occasionally iffy grasp of English, likes to team up with Zim to invent things that destroy things. Also likes to mock people. Rarely does anything productive. Fickle and stupid in relationships.

Zim

Impossible to get rid of. Likes the Shift key.

MALIK

A very cold and exacting robot. Thinks everyone else is an idiot.

Lilo (Rockahula)

A sweet little Hawaiian girl. Very helpful and friendly.

Minimoose

A purple, floating moose. Sensible and friendly with odd taste in women.

Audrey (1337 Hax0r)

Also impossible to get rid of and likes the Shift key. Possibly has several mental disorders. Shouldn't really exist, but here she is.

Dr. Jumba Jookiba (EvilGenius)
A genre-savvy lovable rogue, creator of the 629 experiments. Generally an okay guy, he regrets his poor relationship with Kila, and had a harpy of an ex.

Agent Cobra Bubbles (AgentBubbles)
Ex-CIA, Ex-social worker. Currently back with the MIB. Generally a fairly nice guy, he can be quite tough when he needs to, and is generally scary to those he doesn't know.

Audrey II (Twoey)
A gender-ambiguous mean green mother from outer space, and s/he's bad.

Crazy Harry (ScaryMuppet)
An insane muppet with a penchant for explosions.

Cosmo (WandsNWings)
Wanda's Husband. A sincere, well-intentioned idiot fairy godparent. Possibly has ADD. Talks in green.

Wanda (WandsNWings)
Cosmo's wife. A reasonable, thinking woman, who is protective of her family. Talks in pink.

Jorgen Von Strangle (ScramblerOfFairies)
The toughest fairy in the universe. Friends with Cosmo and Wanda, though he is a tad hard on Cosmo for his stupidity. He likes scrambling the fairies.

Dr. Frasier Crane (TossedSaladsAndScrambledEggs)
The "inspiration for the series", Dr. Frasier Crane is a radio psychiatrist who felt this place needed a psychiatrist. He was right. He is witty and generally benign.

Chuck Norris
Myself, as sensationalized by the internet.

Nick Grey
Eccentric, melodramatic, but very compassionate superhero. Tries very hard to make sure everybody gets along, and I do mean EVERYONE. His power stems from music...meaning that he can make a LOT of weird stuff happen. Dies surprisingly often.

Michael White
Nick's diabolical self and master of Time and Space, very perverted, surprisingly charming when need arises. Generally an asshole but can be surprisingly considerate. Not a villain, but not a hero either.

Grey Nicholas Pelekai
Lilo and Nick's son in another time and place. Compassionate, but also is Nick's bestial self given physical form. Unbelievably strong and durable. Has great desire to see Kila happy due to crush. Used to despise Zim for stealing Kila away.

Green Kila Pelekai (The High Priestess)
Child born from Grey, Zim and Kila's DNA. Talented with Pyrokinesis and a genius. She has a bit of a vindictive streak and wants only to make her parents proud. Is also married to Junior von Hamsterviel and is a happy mother of seven children.

Invader Darth
Blind Irken Invader with incredible psychic powers. Has an assistant who helps him with everday tasks he can't do on his own. Big-time dislike of Zim. Very respectful of women. Absolutely loyal to Miyuki and her ideals. Formerly in love with Tak, he is a minister.

Invader Skoodge
Friendly guy, not that bright, tries very hard. Seems to have a lot of bad karma and is target for misfortune. Considers Zim his bestest buddy. Not too good a doctor but he tries. He and Tenn are happily married. There is talk of children, as it were.

Rupert Jacques von Hamsterviel(Mastermind)
Evil genius turned child prodigy. Failed to take over galaxy. Serious ego problems and childhood issues. Was turned into a kid and given second chance at life. Is trying to create the perfect compaion. He's also ticklish. Oh how he is ticklish.

GIR (TACOS3985YAY!)
Supposedly "advanced" technology, Gir acts more like a little kid who forgot to take his ADD and/or schizophrenia medication. He's totally bonkers, but he's got a good heart and knows how to have a good time. And he loves Mexican food.

Desdemona Torres
Fundamentally good-natured and cheerful, but a nine-year bout of lycanthropy caused her to become depressed, cynical, and self-loathing. Not to mention lonely. However, now that she's found a cure and some friends, she's getting back to normal.

Enrique Torres
A gay drag queen with a penchant for Liza Minelli. He's also Desdemona's older brother, and as such, he enjoys annoying her.

Stewie Griffin
Matricidal and bent on world domination, Stewie started out like an evil, one-year-old version of Rex Harrison, although lately his interest in evil-doing is beginning to wane.

Brian Griffin
A dog who behaves more like a human, Brian hides his insecurities behind sarcasm and a rather aloof, condescending nature. Oh, and booze. Lots and lots of booze.

AM
Young man who's relatively intelligent and inquisitive. Expression and tone often come off as being rather apathetic, though he's often concerned about others and helps when possible (when it doesn't lead to bodily harm, anyway). Often prefers to be a neutral party.

Jack Bros.
A pair of demons from the Netherworld. Consists of Jack Frost, a little snowman who can use ice magic, and Pyro Jack (aka Jack O'lantern), who can use fire magic. They're both rather immature and mischievous.

Madness
A spooky chihuahua seen in Dib's hometown. It is waiting for everyone to stop running. Then it will feast.

Travis Touchdown
Assassin hailing from Santa Destroy, California. Wants to be #1. Loves fighting, wrestling and anime. Also his cat.

Dib (AgentMothman)
A young paranormal investigator who is often picked on and considered crazy by most people. He's obsessed with aliens, ghosts, bigfoot, werewolves...pretty much anything that he feels needs to be exposed to the world. Dib is Zim's mortal enemy.

Professor Membrane (BeTheBrane)
World-renowned scientist first, Dib's father second. He's completely scientifically-minded and believes his son to be crazy.

Gaz (GamerGoddess666)
Dib's younger sister and Professor Membrane's favored child. Don't cross her. Ever. Unless you LIKE your legs torn off your body.

Zaz
A semi-insane cat. Her personality fluctuates as a result of strange tests done on her (human)mind. She's obsessed with Dib and Zim and is considered a creepy stalker by most, even rivaling Keef. She's generally a good kid, but frequently gets in trouble because of her inability to control what she blurts out. Zaz is sort of my alter-ego. The "owner" she keeps talking about? Yeah, that's me.

The Filthy Hobo
He's not going to have an account any time soon unless someone else wants to take him. I like to think that he's just too stupid to figure out how to sign up. Yes, this is the same hobo that gave Dib advice that one time at MacMeaty's. Zim stole his beard.

He's an Irken. Yupyup. He's also the fancharacter I promised myself I'd never have.
Thinks he's smarter than everyone else, when in reality...well, he is quite bright. He's young and very small, about the size of a SIR unit.

Oblivion
Alex's experiment mind and glitched form, he wants to follow his programming and devour all life, and nearly succeded with Lilo and killed 627. Blocks all his reality warping powers.

Rage
All of his suppresed hatred, and an expert in reality warping. Feeds off pain, whether others or his own.

20-yr-old human Space Ranger rookie, soon to be married to Warp Darkmatter. Erin is a very idealistic young woman, but still very much a kid. Both a hopeless romantic and a hopeless optimist. ...And she never gives up. She really doesn't.

REAL NAME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. A 7-yr-old human girl soon to be adopted by Warp and Erin, staying at a Capital Planet orphanage in the meantime. Like Kit, is too smart for her own good and forms the DEVIOUS DUO with him. Her screenname comes Kelly Clarkson's song, which she absolutely loves.

From the Japanese cyberpunk classic Ghost in the Shell. Specifically, the character as seen in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG, and Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society. The only human part of the Major is her brain, which is heavily cyberized inside her completely cyborg body. A highly attractive woman in her early thirties, the Major is the field commander of paramilitary police unit Section 9 in Japan, in the year 2032.
