Of course. Filling in the tech slot is if you want to get a TP price/Hold a technique so you know what you're aiming for. Or maybe it can be something you hint towards learning in RP like the fear power that Daelin got.

Name: Phi’s Blessing
Description: The user is able to supercharge their molecules with energy, giving them the ability to teleport instantly up to 70 feet away (In any direction) (Through wall and ect). Level: 2
Cost: 40 energy

Name: Connections

When another member of this network sees your tattoo they will know you are a member as well. This gives you access to information, discounts, and other benifits.

The infused tattoo lies on Cameron's upper left arm, in the shape of a stylized crescent moon being obscured by a cloud.
Level: 2
Cost: N/A (Passive)

The user can use this eye as their own, seeing all that it sees, until the technique is broken by opening one's eyes.

Training:

Inventory
-Packs of Cards [2]
-Cloth blindfold
-Cloth sheet

Training Points: 105 TP
Clan Points: 1 CP
Money:[/QUOTE]

- Took Sia's Blessing, Phi's Blessing, and Connections Clan Techniques.
- 30+40+50 = 120 TP for LV2 proficiency in thin blades
- 30+40+50 = 120 70 TP for LV2 LV1 proficiency in throwing cards
- Bluff, Stealth, and Stealing Rank 1 bought with the Skill Clan's free 90 TP worth of skills. Unfortunately, the skills costs don't add up to 90 very well.
-Bought Diplomacy <Rank 2>, Toss Weapon, and Tumble <Rank 2> for 170 TP 140 TP (195 TP - 25 TP for having 5+ Int)
-265 TP remaining
-210 TP spent on raising stats
-Skills clan bonus of +1 Int and +1 to any stat (Dex) added after stat changes
-55 TP 135 TP remaining.
-Took Sia's Eye after adding in the 2 extra CP Hawk is giving us.

Checked your calculations, there are a few things off, but you have a lot of TP left over.

Stats:
You add your clan bonuses (+1 Int +1 dex) before you modify your stats, however, you add your Clan Gift (Sia’s Blessing) after you modify your skills, so you'd benifit more if you raised your int to 5 before getting Sia’s Blessing.

so your starting stats are like this

Dex: 2 (With +1 Bonus)
End: 1
Int: 3 (With +1 Bonus)
Str: 2
Spd: 2
Spt: 1

Continuing how you upgraded your costs are (I changed int so you bought it to 5 and used Sia's Grace to get it to 7)

Dex: 5 (60 TP)
End: 3 (25 TP)
Int: 5 (45 TP) -> 7 (Due to free +2 from Sia's Grace)
Str: 3 (15 TP)
Spd: 3 (15 TP)
Spt: 4 (45 TP)

For an overall cost of 205 TP
-------
Your weapons, if you have proficiency, that counts as lvl 1 proficiency, but looking at your calculations you bought lvl1, lvl2, and lvl 3 for your rapier and lvl1 and lvl2 for your cards.

color=green]Rapier [/color][Thin blade, thrusting] <Proficient, Lv. 3> (120 TP)
Throwing Cards [Regular] <Proficient, Lv. 2> (70 TP)

for a total of 190 + 205 = 395 TP on character thus far.

-----

Your skills: For Bluff, Stealth, and Steal it adds exactly up to 90 for your Skills Clan free bonus (Remember, you aren't counting your int discout for these skills), 35 + 35 + 20= 90 TP, So you have those for free, your other skills

Diplomacy [Rank 2] (35 + 40=75 TP)
Tumble [Rank 2] (30 + 40=70 TP)

so overall you have spent 145 TP on skills

145 + 395 = 540 TP spent on this character thus far.
-----------------
For techniques you have:
Sia’s Blessing (Free)
Sia’s Eye (Free)
Phi’s Blessing (40 TP)
Connections (Free)
Second Sight (30 TP)
Sleight of Hand (35 TP)

for a total amount TP cost on this character: 105 + 540 = 645 TP spent on this character thus far!

and so you have 800 TP starting out with and you have used 645 TP
800-645=155 TP left over.

So you have more than you thought.

Finish allocating those TP, you'll want to have those spent (Unless you're saving for something). Already checked your CP and it's fine. icon_3nodding.gif
For the four Clan Techs you have learned you are using 9 CP. So you have 2 left over.

Finish up and I'll approve the character

Have I ever mentioned that I was never very good at math (Or using calculators, apparently)? Thanks, Hawk.

I'll go ahead and spend some of that TP to become proficient in both of my techniques. I can't seem to find how much it costs for proficiency in Phi’s Blessing. I'll save the rest for my last techniques, which I'll think of in the next few days, with any luck.

I'm ready to roll, besides that.

40 TP, then. 40+35+30= 115 TP deducted to become proficient in my two techniques and Phi's Blessing. I'll save the rest for now.

Ok, in my calculations I already assumed that you'd become proficient in all of those, since you had plenty of TP to spare wink.gif, so you still have 155 TP left over.

Even better, then.

I'll save it for my last techniques for now, then see if I have any left over for stats.

Two techniques added. They may be confusingly worded, so I'll try to clarify the intended use if required. Obviously, you're free to alter the specifics for balance purposes or otherwise.

That'll be all for now.

Name: Evoke
Description: The user manipulates the life energy of a nearby gifted and causes it to manifest through the target's body, forcing them to use one of their techniques at random. An unfocused target will launch a random technique with no specific aim, while more focused foes may be able to channel the forcably released energy and have control over the technique used and how it is used. If used on a mundane target, this technique obviously fails. Must be within 70 feet of target.
Energy: 35 Energy
Training: 40 TP

Name: Sideswipe
Description: A quick motion of the hands and a release of life energy stalls and diverts the path of an incoming technique and sends it careening into another direction. Only with additional focus and energy can the user divert the foe's energy into the direction he or she chooses. This technique can only be used if the user is aware of an incoming technique, be it because it its physically obvious (A large fireball, for instance), or if the user is otherwise aware of the nature of the technique, if it is invisible to the eye (From seeing the technique beforehand, and recognizing when the foe is about to use it). Has no effect on techniques that do not require range, as in techniques that bolster the user or are activated at a touch. (Due to game mechanics, since in one post a technique is both executed and declared a 'hit') The technique must be prepared in advance or the user must be holding their action until their opponent uses a technique to be able to deflect their attack.
Energy: 1/2 opponent's technique energy + 10 energy (+30 if you wish to try to direct the oncoming attack)
Training: 40 TP

Question about evoke, can if force the target to use enough energy to go unconscious? Also, since it's directly targeting their internal energy, I'm assuming it doesn't draw from their jewel, so would the first case occur if they didn't have enough internal energy left but did have extra in their jewel?

I suppose that since the technique draws from the target's own life energy, the current supply of their jewel would have no bearing. Also, if Invoke would be used on a target without enough health to use any techniques, there would be no way for them to channel that energy outwards and it wouldn't have much of an effect.

That's what I'm assuming, anyway.
