Being awarded a medal or ribbon more than once is denoted by a gold or silver star. With the gold star being a count of one, and a silver star being five.



Medal of Honor: "Awarded for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his or her life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against any enemy of the Celestial Armed Forces; while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force; or while serving with friendly foreign forces engaged in an armed conflict against an opposing armed force. [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and there must be a majority vote to allow it, done by staff, faction members, or faction leaders. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Space Force Distinguished Service Cross: "Awarded for extreme gallantry and risk of life in actual combat with an armed enemy force and going beyond the call of duty while in service to Celestial Space forces." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least an agreement from two staff members. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Marine Corp Distinguished Service Cross: "Awarded for extreme gallantry and risk of life in actual combat with an armed enemy force and going beyond the call of duty while in service to Celestial Marine Corp." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least an agreement from two staff members. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Naval Distinguished Service Cross: "Awarded for extreme gallantry and risk of life in actual combat with an armed enemy force and going beyond the call of duty while in service to the Celestial Navy." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least an agreement from two staff members. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Army Distinguished Service Star: "Awarded for extreme gallantry and risk of life in actual combat with an armed enemy force and going beyond the call of duty while in service to the Celestial Army." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least an agreement from two staff members. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Air Force Distinguished Service Star: "Awarded for extreme gallantry and risk of life in actual combat with an armed enemy force and going beyond the call of duty while in service to the Celestial Air Force." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least an agreement from two staff members. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]
[All five Branch Distinguished Service awards are technically the same "level", but due to the higher use of the Space forces and Marines it is proper to wear their's ahead of other another branch.]

Meritorious Service Medal: "Awarded for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements." [Not a combat award. Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least one second from a staff member. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Distinguished Service Cross: "Awarded for gallantry and risk of life in action against an enemy of the Celestial cause." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least one second from a staff member. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]
Silver Star: "Awarded for gallantry in action against an enemy of the Celestial people." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader, and at least one second from any staff member. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Medal of Peace: "Awarded for personally or working as a unit in bolstering peaceful relations with either a hostile or unknown force. Or for being largely responsible for a war-ending victory over another force." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior AND your Faction Leader. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Purple Heart: "Awarded for being wounded or killed in any action against an enemy of the Celestial cause or as a result of an act of any such enemy or opposing armed forces." [Only one medal is given per incident, regardless of how many wounds are received.]

Humanitarian Service Medal: "Awarded for meritorious participation in specified military acts or operations of a humanitarian nature." [Can be combat missions ONLY if the goal was to provide aid.]

Joint Service Medal: "Awarded for distinguishing oneself by heroism, meritorious achievement or meritorious service while assigned to a joint branch unit, though prerequisites are lower than both the Distinguished Service Cross or Silver Star."[Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Space Exploration Medal: "Awarded for serving a full tour with an assignment in space, either on a station or ship. Provided your official station does not change, you may land on a planet not under Celestial control. This medal is also awarded for being part of a unit that makes a space-borne discovery that leads to advancement within Celestial forces."

Distinguished Flying Cross: "Awarded for outstanding gallantry and skill in the field as a Mobile Weapon pilot. May only be awarded to qualified pilots, though not necessarily a combat pilot." [Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Platinum Star of Merit: "Awarded to personnel that have distinguished themselves by outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the Celestial cause. Both a military and civilian award." [Not a combat award. Must be earned In Character at the recommendation of your direct IC superior. Any applications with this Medal already earned will be denied.]

Prisoner of War Medal: "Awarded to any person who was taken prisoner or held captive while engaged in an action against an enemy of the Celestial government; while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing Armed Force; or while serving with friendly forces engaged in armed conflict against an opposing Armed Force upon release."

Guardian Medal: "Awarded for protecting, rescuing, or endeavoring to rescue, any other person from hostile acts, such as enemy actions, or native creatures."

Life Saver Medal: "Awarded for rescuing, or endeavoring to rescue, any other person from exposure, shipwreck, or other peril of Space."

Celestial Medal: "Awarded for distinguishing oneself by heroism not involving actual conflict with an enemy. For acts of lifesaving, or attempted lifesaving, it is required that the action be performed at the risk of one's own life"

Defense Meritorious Service Medal: "Awarded to members of the Armed Forces who, while serving in a joint activity, distinguish themselves by non-combat outstanding achievement or meritorious service, but not of a degree to warrant award of the Meritorious Service Medal."

Commendation Medal: "Awarded for distinguishing oneself by heroism, meritorious achievement or meritorious service. A "V" for Valor may be awarded for combat actions, each branch attaches a pin of their emblem to signify which branch the award is from, in the case of a Joint award the ribbon is left blank." [Both combat and non-combat.]

Air/Space Medal: "Awarded for meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight." [Both a combat and non-combat award.]

Achievement Medal: "Awarded for meritorious service or achievement in either combat or non-combat based on sustained performance or specific achievement of a superlative nature but which does not warrant a Commendation Medal or higher. A "V" for Valor may be awarded for combat actions, each branch attaches a pin of their emblem to signify which branch the award is from, in the case of a Joint award the ribbon is left blank." [Both combat or non-combat.]

Good Conduct Medal: "Awarded for exemplary behavior, efficiency, and fidelity in active Celestial Military service."
