if good and evil are manmade concepts, than how do we actually know what truly is good or evil?

I dont believe there man made concepts. I believe its an emotion which is created through tempreture and bodily functions.

Good and evil is determined by individual perspective. Because of this there is no absolute definition of good and evil, thus there is nothing truly good nor evil. Not much more to it than that.
