School has started for most of us, akusma included in that unfortunately. With so many of us busy, we can expect a drop in activity, but with some pretty major plots coming up all at once, I would seriously recomend getting your characters up and out there! Not only will this hatching be one to remember (to make up for it taking so long) but there's that wreck that's still making people wonder, and the sightings of a few wild Whers around the place. One Handler claims to have seen a wild on in the stores!
SEASON CHANGE
Are the 'of the months' un-needed? Or do you think they should stay? Should there be less of them? Different ones? And by the latter I don't just mean different people in them. Tell the staff what you think.

Stictches is our member of the month! A great player, who's candidate Impressed first in our hatching! Their characters are fun, and they're fun to RP with. If that doesn't make them worthy of being Member of the Month, I don't know what else does.

Frankly, I don't really care either way, but some Weyrs have a miserable habit of not giving them any importance at all, so they're for background flavor.It's because of this I wouldn't give it a ten.
As it stands; eight. I hope you get good plottiness in for them!

5, I'm not a huge fan of whers, really, I'd rather play dragonriders :/ Not that they can't be very interesting. I think Orlanden and Orlandesk could be very interesting, but frankly, in general I don't really care for them. ::shrugs::
EDIT: when I said "i don't really care for them" it's "them" as in whers, not my new Wherhandler and Wher. I like those two.

Me and Aumni plan on having seperate plots for Whers and dragons, and of course ones for both as well.
Right now, we have two plots in mind, so people with Wherhandlers already, you're in for a treat (we hope)!

I do somewhat prefer dragons, but I like whers a lot too, and if a site has whers, I'll likely play one. It just has to be done well. On some sites there are just as many whers as dragons and they're all over the Weyr...that doesn't seem realistic to me. I like it better when there are only a few whers in the Weyr, and then maybe a Wherhold is people want to play more whers. Erm...I guess I'll say it's an 8 for me. I am working on a wherhandler for here!
