Hey guys! How is everyone doing?

I'd like to thank you for visiting and/or joining Averis Weyr! It means a lot to me that you have come!

My name is Khallayne, I am the creator of the site. Firey is my co-admin, the one who suffers all of my ideas. If you have any questions, you are more than welcomed to go to either her, or I.

I do believe that we are now open for business! Unlike last time, I set everything up in advance. So, this should make the transition into activity nice and smoooooooth! Speaking of being open for business. I haven't checked all the pages to see if I kept everything up to date. So, if you notice something, just give me a shout!

So, just to let everyone know, Averis Weyr is nearly a purely traditional Weyr. This means that there will never be any more colours on the dragon list, and that females can’t overrun the Weyr. I say almost because there are two things that deviate from this rule. The first one being that Blue dragons can impress to females (and maybe a brown depending on the plot line... But I'm still hesitant about this), and the second one being that I do not impress based on sexuality. Aside from that, you have your nice, traditional Weyr!

If you want any news on upcoming events, just check the sidebar! However, those of you that haven't checked it yet, here are a couple of ones that you can participate in kinda away: I have a fire-lizard clutch ready to go! And a dragon clutch (all ready to go... Well... Mostly) that shall hopefully be happening sometime in November if we get enough members! How exciting!

To start things off, I'm going to break a rule or two... >.> WHOOO! For the first month, so until November 30th, you do not have to get your candidates searched. You can just have them appear at the Weyr, venture in, whatever. After that, I'll be closing down everything, and hoping to have the search become a norm in the Weyr.

Since the rules say that you are not allowed to join with a dragonrider, I'm going to put a couple of slots up for 'adoption'.

3 Browns!
Unlimited Amount of Blues!
Unlimited Amount of Greens!

Just to let everyone know, if anyone wants to become part of our dragon creation team, just come and PM me and/or Firey! We will be glad to take you into consideration when we open up positions on creating dragons!

Also, if you'd like to become part of the plot team, you can do the exact same! We are going to be taking on plotting teams, and 'little darling' teams to ensure that if ever I, or Firey, has a crash and burn, this Weyr is still going to keep alive, and continue thriving! Whoot!

So, don't be afraid to apply! (For the dragons, we are only going to be allowing people to begin 'creating' some after this clutch... Or rather, we are going to hide the dragonets that we currently have to the death! >>. No peeking!)

Also... Moderators... Aka, people that have earned our trust to approve character applications/edit things... >.> We'll be taking in some of those too as the site gets bigger. If ever it gets so big!

OH! And we are sharing our chatbox right now. So, if there is anything that you'd like to mention and get it to either Firey or I, please, by all means, post it on the site or send it to us via email/PM. It will make things infinitely easier!
