Even come across an anime where the charries speak where the lips don't move or don't speak where the lips move? It may seem like a bad dubbing effort, and that may be true. It's more commonly seen in oldschool pre 90's anime. Fact, I've seen it in Miyazaki films and even Akira's first dubbing (which is still far superior to the second dubbing.)

What do you think about it? What animes have you seen it in? Are there any animes that are really badly dubbed concerning lip sync to the point of being Godzilla-bad? Do you think it ruins the quality of the anime at all?

Well I can't think of anything that did that alot, but yes it drives me insane when ever I see it! ><:
