WTH i watched the episode naruto and Sasuke are up against Haku and the pronounciation and the overall accent was soo cr*p i turned it off after Sasuke unlocked his incomplete sharingan or (evil rolling wheel in english dub or sumim crappy like that)

Ye i have to Agree with you. Not Many if any anime turn out good once they have been dubbed.

I hate their voices like Naruto's got this i dunno high squeaky or annoying voice - oh so annoying

Yea, Naruto dubbed is bad, and I hate how they like cut out parts to make it like G rated . But some animes go better dubbed, 2 I can think of. First is Full Metal Alchemist, mainly because its not a very Japanese approach to it, its more like a British or German sort of thing, especially since the highest rank in military/politics is the Fuhrer. The other is an anime called Trigun; its 26 episodes long, and its quite abstract, and it kinda changes story line half way through (Watch it, and you'll see why). But main reason I say that its better dubbed is because in one part the main guy says "I can't read Japanese". Could be just that he can't read, but who knows.
