It is a peaceful time in Amana. The rulers of the four states work together in harmony to protect the island. But a threat lurks just off the coast. The dreaded Boca. The Boca are vampire-like creatures that feed not on the blood but on the souls of other beings. And once they remove your soul you are enslaved to them forever. The citizens of Amana know nothing of this threat that nears their coast with every passing day.

The witches led by Hendris Telimar prepare for a festival honoring the wedding of the dragon princess, Christine Blake. Christine herself prepares for this wedding with her dearest friend Zeta, a fairy princess. And the elves as well are beginning the journey to the dragon's captial. Meanwhile the Boca, currently living on a small island off of the coast of Amana, have learned of the occasion and are preparing to begin their take over on the very day of the wedding.
