Alone in a Soundtrack, The Music of Alone in a Crowd

So I've spoke of their being a fictional soundtrack to "Alone in a Crowd" before in my head, made up of songs I've designated as themes for each characters and other songs that remind me of the comic itself. I've thought about different ways of presenting this, and eventually I want to compile a set list of what it would include. Until then, I figured I could use my new account on Blip.fm to reveal songs every now and again.

From now on, any Blip I make on my station that will be a part of this proposed AIAC soundtrack will be prefaced by the words "AIAC Blip." That way you can pick them out from the regular songs posted.

So I present to you, the first two songs revealed:

But yes, I feel like those two fit the character's personalities and situations very well. Heck, the name "Under Pressure" on it's own describes Sara pretty darn well. The Beatles choice for Faith strikes more of an emotional chord. She tends to hide her "love" away while in public, if you see what I'm getting at (of course it runs a bit deeper than that).

I listened to You've Got To Hide Your Love Away earlier today at college & all I could do while listening to it was think about Faith XD

Thinking about AIAC even more in my day makes it even better

I think Hope would have the theme song Bouncing off the Walls by Sugarcult, which you can listen to here.

Some of the lyrics, and the way the music is sung remind me of Hope.

That makes me really happy to hear actually (especially that last comment there! That's awesome!). Personally, I've begun to associate "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away" so much with Faith that I can't not think about her when I hear it. I just think it fits too perfectly. Honestly, I get a little emotional when I hear that song.

You know, that WOULD be a good song to go with Hope! While I'm not going to dub it her "official theme," I definitely think it could fit as one of her additional songs.

I should mention, on this soundtracks there are additional songs for the characters, which aren't their themes, but songs that remind me of them. For example, they would be listed as "A song for (character's name)."

And BTW, if anyone has songs that remind them of "Alone in a Crowd," feel free to post them here and tell us why!

"Move Your Body" by Eiffel 65

Maybe some of you will think this an odd choice, I'm not sure. Frankly I know nothing about this group, aside from this song (well, and "Blue"). To me, Hope needed a bouncy, bubbly, fun to dance to, happy, positive song to encompass her personality (as well as her inability to sit still). This one just seemed to do her the most justice out of all the ones in my AIAC playlist.

A different song WAS almost her theme, and I'll reveal that one in the not to distant future.

This is making me think I should do something sometime where I show what each character would put on a playlist if they had a chance.

Here's something a little different for the soundtrack. Not a theme for a character, but the end credits theme! Lets imagine AIAC was a anime series or something. This song would be the song that plays over the closing credits:
