Haha, I used to claim the lower bunk too as a kid, for pretty much the same reasons as Faith I guess

LOL, loved today's strip because it's so true! I like the bottom bunk for the little cave it provides, but I always think about the top bunk falling on me too. Poor Faith. I hope she can sleep ok

Aww, thanks you guys! I very glad you like this one so much I was eagerly awaiting the chance to get to it! It's especially cool when I see people saying they can relate to something in one of the comics.

Being an only child, I never had a bunk bed as a kid. However, when we traveled to North Carolina to visit family, I remember my cousins had a bunk bed, and when I was very young, I was simply terrified to sit on the bottom bunk. In later years, I actually had to use the bottom bunk when we stayed there, and that thought was always kind of in the back of my mind. It didn't keep me up at night though The only thing I didn't like about it was waking up in the night, sitting up, forgetting where I was, and banging my head on the top bunk

Ever since my parents told me the story of how I fell off the top of a bunk bed when I was little, I was always more afraid of the top bunk. Who cares if there's this dinky little railing, what if I roll right over it anyway and fall to the floor and hit my head on something?

Hope! Don't roll over in your sleep or anything!
