Hello all;
First of all, my family thanks you all for the support over the past years. My daughter and two sons, (biologist and environmental engineers )and myself have a private lab and testing facility. We have developed a solar/hydrogen energy device that will produce 50x the energy output of a standard solar panel. Anyway, this is not the point of my message.

I have for the past 10 years recording the composition of our atmosphere. I mean stuff like Nitrogen -- N2, Methane -- CH4, CO2, H2, , Xe, to mention a few. Very extensive detailed study. I noted that depending on the amount of water vapor in the air, the CO2 , and CO content increase/decrease depending on the amount of activity and effluence in the area. This is info you may say ok, so what. But when the CO content is up, the Ozone -- O3 , CO2 amounts increase at a rate 7 percent greater than expected.

Listen, I was a cynic and absolute skeptic on the warming issue and set out to prove them wrong. The results look like it proves the climate change people correct. (obvious)

Here is my question. I really need a government grant to continue this and develop our energy device. I have emailed the department of energy, the White House, and my Senator Al Franken. They are all so busy and it may be year or so to get on their agenda.
