Air Rational Guard Manual
All Air Rational Guard members must follow a strict code of conduct. Below is a list of rules which must be followed at all times. Any deviation from those rules can result in a dishonorable discharge. We understand each situation is unique and will try to resolve problems even handledly.
Moderators: 1) Moderators will have full control of their forums. 2) Moderators will conduct themselves as fair and honest arbiters. 3) The Admin will review moderaters according to how well they get along with members and how fair they resolve conflicts. 4) Moderaters must follow the same guidelines as members. Members: 1) We have ZERO tolerance for people whos purpose in life is to get a rise out of others. Trolls will be discharged quickly and without notice. 2) If you have a problem with the forum moderator you can e-mail the admin to resolve the conflict. 3) Moderators are choosen to be fair but remember they are human and can make mistakes. Understanding is needed by everyone involved. That includes moderators and Admins. 4) No flaming, No flaming, No FLAMING! The issues discussed in this forum will test your limits of understanding and patients. Words like "Moron" and "Stupid" only lead to more insults. These words are used for two reasons. a) The person using it may be frustrated, not by the other poster but by thier ability to articulate thier argument well enough for the other to understand. They show this frustration by lashing out. b) the member is a social midget using the insult as a stool to stand on. In either case insults are stupid and moronic. :P 5) You don't know everything. No one does. An Air Rational Guard member is NOT Al Franken's dittohead. An Rational Guardmen uses facts to come to conclutions, NOT loyalty to any party, person or religion. The only Loyalty An Air Rational Guardsmen has is to the constitution.
