What I want to know is why she speaks in the 3rd person. She hardly ever says "I".

Thats simply just the way people speak in Japanese...many people refer to themselves in third person.

Then again, that's true. I noticed that in a few Japanese animes that they do talk in third person a bit when refering to another person.

soo i guess iam the black sheep now <_< i wonder what causes mayu to act the way she does....maybe its the money or her lonelyship well i just want to see what tine and mayu whould look like have a conversaion with out yelling or calling each other names lol "i have to admit when mayu said tina had man hands i started laughing so much"
