The following TOS (Terms of Service) is to be known and respected by all members at the time of registering and when becoming a member. If you have a problem with the terms of service you may contact the Admins. Otherwise please take the time to read.

1. a) Respect other members - don't post offensive material. If this is breached the appropriate action will be taken.

b) No offensive comments are to be made towards other members about race, sex, status and so forth. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination.

c) With this, no offensive pictures are to be posted, or seen in members signatures or avatars. To do so will follow a warning and even further, a ban. They will be removed immediately, and it is likely you won't have the privilege of a signature and/or avatar in the future.

2. Members will not go out of their way to degrade other members. If they choose to do so, they will be automatically warned by Administration. If this continues, they will be banned indefinitely.

3. Personal issues with members should be kept to personal messages (PM). This is to respect other member's privacy. Also use the email function if required but do not SPAM!

Alternatively, contact administration if any problems arise.

4. a) Educated criticism we can take, general bagging - no way. We always welcome any positive or negative feedback but there is a fine line between constructive criticism and blatant attacks.

b) This is an Adam Scott fan forum predominately, however, golf fans in general are strongly encouraged to join. We condone educated criticism of Adam (such as 'the weakness in his game is this and that, and the reasons would be these...etc.). However, we DO NOT CONDONE general slagging and immature comments (such as 'he's a homosexual blah blah'). You will be banned indefintely.

5. We do not have Adam's address, phone number, yahoo ID - so refrain from asking. The recommended choice of contact is through Adam's website at admin@adamscott.com.au or through PRISM management. Past experience has shown Adam does read the emails sent to him.

6. This fan forum is in no way affiliated with Adam Scott (although we'd love to be!) or any of his representatives. We are simply a community for Adam fans to communicate, and have fun.

7. The Report Function

The report function is located in the top right-hand corner of every post, every member makes.

It's purpose is to alert Adminstration of posts that rebel against any of these guidelines.

Please treat this function seriously, and do not joke around with it. We will take every report seriously, for not only the person reported, but for who ever reported them.

8. Keep posts and threads in their correct area. It just makes things easier for the Admin team (we don't have to constantly be moving threads) and for general members (you'll know where to go to find what you're looking for).

9. Advertising/Affiliation

We are open to any ideas of affiliation so if you have an offer to make please direct this to the Admins. Your banner should be 88x31px and will be displayed at the bottom of the forum. Signature advertising is allowed however setting up threads about your forum and spamming is not.

10. You are not alone - feel free to contact the Admin team. We do not wish for you to feel like there's no-one you can talk to about any problems regarding members or posts on this forum.

Adam is probably one of the most polite and humble people we'll ever meet - he is our inspiration for a positive and controlled forum.
