The black tower is set up along military guidlines, the M'Hael is the equivellent of the US president, the Mahdi is like the director of the pentagon. Each of the shen leaders is a general and so on and so forth.

M'Hael: Amrod (on hiatus). The M'HAel is responcible for keeping the black tower united and for providing a face for the nations of the world to assosiate with the black tower

Mahdi: Bryay. The Mahdi is incharge of operating the black tower's network of spies through out the world. Publically, he is seen as the M'Hael's chief secratary, but he is much more. The Mahdi is also the representitive of the common asha'man to the M'HAel and visa versa.

Director of training: Unoccupied. The DoT is in charge of the training of all soldiers and deicated. The DoT is replaced bianually to disuade any favoratism. The DoT always comes from the Cuebiyar Shar as to ensure a nutruring environment for the training youths.

Shens: There are four shens in the black tower, each one responcible for an area of the over all battle plan.

A'Vadin: The barrier. A'vadin is the shen dedicated to defending the black Tower and all of it's allies. They are not nessisaraly strong in the one power, but it is common.

Aes'seia: All eyes. Aes'seia is the shen created as a spy force. they speciallize in information gathering, infiltration and assasination. They are usually weak in the Power, not needing it for their dealings.

dai shan: Battle lords. Dai Shan is the battle shen. formed as the main fighting force in the black tower, they are the largest, most powerful shen in the black tower.

cuebiyar shar: Heart blood. cuebiyar shar is the healing force inside the black tower. they are usually average in the one power. The director of training always comes from this shen
