The Red Ajah has changed vastly over the last ten years. As male channelers no longer cause a thread, and do not need gentling, the Reds suddenly found themselves with little purpose. After the Last Battle, the Reds changed their focus, bringing something they had done for many years to the surface. They now hunt Darkfriends viciously, working to remove the Dark One's influence from humankind, and the world. The Reds fight Darkfriends in many different ways, some choose to use spies and behind-the-scenes techniques to find the locations and purposes of Darkfriends, and kill them quietly. Some may only be spies, never killing a Darkfriend, but telling other Red sisters where to find them. Some may choose to be more open about their jobs, and go at the Darkfriends with swords raised, whenever they find them. Some sisters never search for the Shadowsworn, relying on other sisters to tell them the locations of someone who needs to be dealt with. As such, the variety of disposition of Red sisters has a vast range, for they do a large range of jobs all toward one main goal. Since every Red Aes Sedai has been in the Tower since before Tarmon Gai'don, and most were sisters before this, they all remember the past of the Ajah quite clearly. As such, many still hold a distrust or hatered for men that has always been fabled of the Reds. They largely choose not to bond, and while it is not forbidden within the Ajah, it is very strongly frowned upon, and would probably not make for good friendships within the Ajah.
Any questions nsuch can be PM'd to me, I'll be more than happy to answer! And, this will likely be edited once I've fleshed it out a bit more, but there's the basics. -------------------- |

The Grey Ajah has changed only a little in the last 10 years. While they still pursue meditation and peace, the many losses they have suffered has left the Grey Ajah almost non existant. During the Last Battle the Head of the Grey Ajah at the time was killed, and there was no one to take her place. For 2 years there was no Head of the Grey Ajah, and many Accepted that were thinking of joining the Grey turned away. It seemed the Grey Ajah would cease to exist. If it hadn't been for the frantic efforts of one woman, the Grey Ajah would have disapeared. Koria Nimorid finally was able to take over the head of The Grey Ajah spot. Slowly the Grey Ajah is returning, though the number of Accepted wanting to join has dwindled.
The Grey Ajah is now focusing it's attempts to presurve its self. The pursuit of peace has caused this Ajah to focus its efforts helping to destroy whatever Shadowspawn and darkfriends still lurk. They believe that by removing the threat, world peace will be easier to obtain. This is the basic outline. -------------------- |

Blue sisters usually have their own personal causes which they pursue, often relentlessly. Most Blue sisters also go to great lengths to make sure that justice is done to people in any situation.
The Blue's famous abilities at Daes Dae'mar have increased since the Last Battle, out of necessity. The world now is much less trusting than it was, and Blue sisters now deal with politics which is much more volatile than before the Last Battle. Like the Red Ajah, many Blue sisters are dedicated to hunting Darkfriends. However, true to their Ajah, these sisters tend to do the hunting subtely, using eyes-and-ears to their full potential and never revealing themselves until the last minute. Will complete this in more detail soon! -------------------- |

Since the beginings of the White Tower the White Ajah has always been the level headed clear thinkers for the Tower. The White Ajah always seeks logic and truth, not story and rumor. Although the White Ajah once stood out as one of the major Ajahs, its numbers have dropped severly over the past few years leaveing it as the lowest populated Ajah in the Tower.
The White Ajah's numbers began dwindling when the old Head of the White Ajah began trying to refocus the Whites goals into seeking out darkfriends and studying prophecy. Seeing as how that was the job of brown and greens, it nearly made the White Ajah die out completely. When the new Head of the White Ajah, Lorayna Sedai, was raised to her office she set to fixing the White Ajah's goals. Lorayna retracted the need for sisters in the library, after all that was Brown's work, then called the sister back that had been sent out to hunt darkfriends. Now the White Ajah is back to studying logic and truth in the White Tower. Slowly the numbers of the White Ajah are being brought back up and slowly the White Ajah is makeing a come back in the White Tower. -------------------- |
