The rules for Entertainment and Current Events are:

1) DO NOT POST ANY SPOILERS TO ANYTHING UNLESS IT'S IN THE CORRECT THREAD. This is the one rule I'm going to be really strict on - I hate spoilers with an absolute passion, and I really would rather not have to read about who's leaving soon on Lost or who's going to be the new companion on Doctor Who. Obviously, this mainly applies to TV shows, because everyone gets them at different times, but it's still best to mark a thread for a newly released book or movie with (Spoilers) if there are going to be spoilers in it.

Basically, here's how it works:

If a thread is marked "Lost (Aus Pace)", that means nothing that happens after the latest Lost episode aired in Australia can be discussed - character departures, important events, even the episode title. If you don't know what episode Australia (or whatever country the thread is based in) is up to, either find out or don't post. Likewise, if the thread is marked (American Pace) or (UK Pace) the same rules apply. If a thread is marked (Spoilers), than you can discuss anything.

As a rule of thumb, try to not post anything that could be spoiler (remember, different countries get episodes at different rates) in unrelated threads.

2) Don't be an asshole. I'll trust you all to use your common sense here. There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with other people's opinions or arguing your point of view on something, but don't be a dick about it.

3) No posting pornographic images, disgusting shit like Goatse or Two Girls One Cup, or anything else that could possibly get me arrested.
