What is the rarest bug? I think it is the ranbow stag or beetle. I saw one but it got away.....

Ah rainbow stags aren't that rare but you get some loot for them.
Which beetle are you talking about? Dung Beetle that is kind of rare

I've caught all the fish and insects in ACWW WOOOH!
Coelcanth is catchable all year round when it's snowing or raining.
